I keep giving them a chance, because their location is convenient and I always have a dissapointing experience. They do not warm your food or toast your bread, you do that yourself, nor do they tell you they didnt, so you can. But i would prefer tbey did when Im carrying a purse and laptop amd trying to quickly get to the office There was about 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup the other day. They need better customer service and to train their employees

Wonderful ambiance; very warm, inviting, and comfortable. There are quite a few delicious coffee concoctions to choose from as well as a wide variety of teas. The Ice Dragons are a nice treat on hot summer days (regular versions are very sugary, but taste great). At this specific location there is a fairy door between some of the back tables. This is a pretty special space.

NEVER GO HERE . Water coffee , bad service .. asked for a cappuccino with almond milk and got barf flavored drink , then got another drink (which I payed for) with two extra shots and he handed the drink to another girl , and when I asked he said mine was coming up ... slow and bad coffee and mean employees . Its like an unsuccessful white girl coffee coup.

Absolutely amazing coffee, lattes, and beverages! At this place, you dont need to put a bunch of stuff in your coffee to make it taste great, but youd be missing out on some of the best tasting coffee based dessert beverages youve ever had. Also, the non coffee stuff is legit, too. All in a great atmosphere with REALLY comfy chairs :)

Besides the fact that Sweetwaters has fantastic coffee shop ambiance, my favorite thing is a very gentle espresso that tastes more like French espresso than any coffee shop in Ann Arbor. None of the bitterness or bite the other places have. Definitely a refreshing difference, and that alone makes it worth a visit.

I have never actually burned my tongue on coffee until I went there yesterday. I had a black coffe and it was full all the way to the very very top and I took a sip trying to prevent it from spilling and I burned my tongue and also spilled it all over. My tongue still @#$% hurts.

Sweetwaters has an extensive menu, good quality food,drink and service, fair prices and a huge space to host customers. All this study space is very welcome. I take a starr off because I found their frappe shake too bitter, but I think its just my natural disliking of coffee.

Great location and excellent people watching with tons of window seats. Im a brewed coffee drinker and the brewed java here seems just okay to me. However, they have lots of espresso specialty drinks that seem to be very popular. Also, they have an excellent tea selection.

Love the atmosphere of this coffee spot, and love the coffee! Fabulous flavored drinks, and straight "plain" coffee as well. This is one of our favorite stops whenever we are in the area. Their desserts are definitely worth the calories too :)

I like the options here. Im a non coffee drinker but I from home so finding a cool place to work that has a lot of options is a huge plus. Great wifi and great atmosphere. Id choose this place over Starbucks

Coffee should not be priced all over the map. If I order a coffee and your pricing say $2.45 for a triple, I expect to pay $2.45 not $2.90. Nowhere does it say $2.90. Also, 25 cents off a refill is a joke.
