worst experience ever. needed some medication for an ear infection filled, first I called to see if they accepted my insurance and what the total would be since I wasnt the one paying. got put on hold for over 5 minutes, then a lady with a heavy accent tried to tell me they dont hand out that information on the phone and I asked if she could tell me if they accepted my insurance or not but she still said she didnt know and told me bring in my card. I asked to speak to someone else they said they didnt know also and so I brought the insurance card in. guess what, they dont accept it and she told me to call first and they could have told me that, but I told her id been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to ask them this simple question. the dumbest pharmacy I have ever dealt with and the russet one too. there was no reason I should have been ran in circles and yelled at for asking a question when they were capable of helping, but choose not to. I will never return to any cvs pharmacy in my entire life. and certainly would never shop at this location after the entire staff made me furious.

3 times in a row they messed up a script that was supposed to be refrigerated all 3 times I came in to get it it was sitting with the regular prescriotions,and was told oops,we,will gave to do it again. Was,a must have script that I needed and waited 3 days to actually get it right. No Im sorry nothing I called corporate and never heard back from anyone. Just today hubby dropped off my script. He called 2 hours later they said yes its,done he goes to get it and surprise its not done they made a mistake between 2 similar scripts then the girl tells him she just called ne and told me and I said fine Ill pick it up in morning which is funny as I was sleeping when my husband left and no call on my phone. I called and confronted them and girl swears she talked to me I said no you didnt well I talked to some lady I said Im the only lady in the house

I dont care for the pharmacy department. Most of the pharmacy staff is rude. I am always still nice and they continue to be rude! In the same month Ive have them give me the wrong dose for one of my meds, they have given me someone elses prescription and youd think me wasting my time and gas I would get at least a $5 gift card for going back and forth on their mistake. Im switching pharmacies and pretty upset I have to but I cant handle the rude staff or feeling as I cant ask a question. My prescriptions have been wrong a few times and after my last vist I decided its time to change. Now if Im going in for anything else but the pharmacy I give a 3 n half star, that part of the staff is nice. So I dont mind shopping there.

Well their employees really dont care about anybody but themselves I watch them throw garbage out it got all over the ground the wind was blowing but theyre out there smoking their cigarettes not a care in the world until I went in and told the manager and she was one of them out there ...they went out there and cleaned up as fast as they could and gave me dirty looks....the only reason I gave it a one-star they should get no stars..ps I called corporate but they never called me back thats how they work here thats all

I visited the store on Gratiot near 12 mile, and I shall never visit another store again. The clerk was rude, unprofessional, and to say the least, unpleasant to be around. She asked if I had my CVS card. I said no. She scanned one, and then told me she had to scan the card. I said I didnt want one, she said that if I was going to have a tantrum, she would call the manager. I do not like being scolded when I try to spend money in a store. I will NEVER shop in a CVS pharmacy again.

Poor customer service, Rude pharmacist pharmacy not helpful I went right to WALGREENS with no problems bought my husband his mucinex- d they typed my info from my licensed permet into their computer looked at my expired photo Id compared my face & had me sign saying I wont use the mucinex-d making meth or any other drugs & said have a great day now was that hard know your job customers are always right

The staff for the actual store are nice and professional but the people in the pharmacy are almost always rude! I thought it was maybe just me but all the other reviews talk about the same issue. They are extremely slow as well. I can only assume its a management issue that causes all the techs to be so unpleasant.

Understaffed! I dropped off a prescription at 10am was told to come back at 5pm. No problem I get there at 7pm and Im told is not ready yet. Are you kidding me?! Im asked to wait 15 min I tell the lady I cant wait any longer I need to go and I need the pill for the moring. She says idk what you want me to do.

never have a problem here but the drive thru is the worst around I dont know how hard it is to give someone there meds and move on if they need or want something else tell them to come inside SLOWEST EVER

This has to be the worst cvs I have ever been to. They are rude and the slowest people. I would recommend going somewhere else to get your medicine!!
