The pharmacy staff is rude (not all, but the pharmacist that works at night is...hes an Indian gentleman, didnt catch his name). I have been going there for 8 years and have spent hundreds and possibly thousands of dollars there. I tried to fill a script that I was told by another pharmacist earlier that day I could fill, and he refused to fill it because it was a few days early. However, my insurance allowed it to go through at the Walgreens down the street. So this guy JusT wanted to judge me because it was valium and treat me like an addict and not fill my script that was legal and not early according to the state of michigan, which he is apparently more powerful and smart than.

My fiancé broke his foot, got a prescription for 15 5mg Vicodin, I got home opened the sealed bag, I only counted 10. I called to let them know about the incident, the pharmacist on duty was very rude and disrespectful. I didnt even mention getting more pills, but he assumed and called me a liar, I just called to let them know that there was a mistake. Needless to say, fiancé is in pain and we are never going back there...

Wow! The pharmacy SUCKS! Just had back surgery and I dropped a few scripts off and being told within a hour or two my scripts would be ready so I called after 3 hours and Im told 2 more hours. Its been 9 hours and Im being told a few more hours! I will never be back to this SLOW AND RUDE Cvs again!!! First and last time!!!!

My experience was that employees were almost rude at times. I bought a few items clearanced and went to return it and she told i couldnt just return it theres nothing wrong with it. I went to my old cvs on 13 and schoehnerr abd they happily returned the items. Bad customer service across the board

Pharmacist is a complete DICK. Yelled at me about being the only pharmacy opened now. This was the closest pharmacy that is open 24 hours to me which is totally out of my way. And what pharmacy closes at 6:00pm anyways on a Saturday?

With a 24 hour pharmacy, it can be quite handy if you need to pick up a perscription in the middle of the night.

CVS keeps the same rude pharmacy people. After 3 rude incidents I am done. Walgreens here I come.
