I have never been treated so well in my life before. The pharmacist went above and beyond what she needed to do service me. Ive recently became disabled due to a major head on car accident. Im no longer able to work after being in the optometry business since I was 16. Ive had to go on public assistance medicaid and ss. I wish I knew the name of the pharmacist that helped me... She is of Asian decent maybe late 20s early 30s around 5 foot 6. Ive been paying out of pocket or just been going with out meds like Plavix because I cant afford to pay for them myself. I was in the store on a Sunday, I was told by DHS to just go to my pharmacist give them my social and the pharmacist would be able to get my medicaid info, well it wasnt that easy. First the pharmacist went on line to check and found nothing on me, then she made a phone call that was rather lengthy to her a person on the phone to get my medicaid ID#. I was able to get my meds for only a dollar copay each. This has been a life changing experience for me, had she not gone to the extent of what she did I probably would still be without my meds. Then the other blessing was when she called me to see how I was doing with my meds and invited to call her or come in the store of I ever needed any help with any of my RX concerns. She is truly an angle, thank you Walgreens for having her employed in your store.

Total lack of communication between staff at this location. Stay away!! Waited 20 minutes for pharmacy clerk to finish counting the pills on top of counter at drive thru window, only to find out when she finally asked my name that those were my perscription she had just put back even though I had called earlier that day to tell them I was picking it up!! Now they are charging me a copay every 15 days for medication doctor sent in as a 30 day supply just because someone cant multiply/divide correctly! Done with this location!

Absolutely horrible. The technician did not process my insurance properly. The pharmacist was also incredibly condescending and unprofessional.
