MANAGER FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY $82 in CHANGE?! This is a good spot to put, "Oopsy!" Manager standing in as cashier was apparently more interested in giving me her grating spiel and advertisement flyer (from a 3rd party) than my change of $82 and some change. I was given my receipt and then the flyer. I’m not sure why my change was not placed along WITH my receipt as all other establishments do, but in place of it was their all-important flyer. Didn’t notice until I got to my car. Upon returning and her balancing the cash drawer, it was found to be, in excess of....$82 and some change. I received a look as if “I” did something wrong. Really? Just be forewarned to watch that you get your change at this AutoZone and not be distracted from the cashier and her sidetracking ramblings in their attempt to collect on a third party’s offer.

Jae & tee is the rudest of them all as managers. You would think there to help but.........nope! I rather take my business to another auto parts store. If you hate your job that much then take your behind back to school to further youre education. There attitudes are such trash that they cant buy class.

Staff is not willing to go The extra mile when it comes to helping out. I was in a rush and asked if they could check why my engine light was on, they said they couldnt, there was a worker stocking things in The back. They didnt have time to help, I dont have time to go back there.

Great customer service!!! The staff were veey knowledgeable. They found the problem and fixed it. Everything was done in a timely manner. I didnt get the young man name that changed my battery and fixed surrounding issues but awesome job to the team as a whole!!

Saturday...says open at 7:30 am... I pulled the parking lot...(empty) at 7:28 am. Lol. Its now 7:32 am... no one in sight!!!! Hahaha I guess they meant 7:30-ish!!!!
