Pretty disappointed. Been with Sprint for over 15 years, and to this store for over 10. My wife went in because she was having trouble with her phone charging. We pay for a service contract and normally i would have went in for her so theyre are no shenanigans . After telling the employee that she didnt know anything about any of this tech stuff, he advised her that she was going to need to get a new phone and it only cost $30 activation fee. Since I was the main contact on the account, I was going to have to come in. It was toward the end of the night we went in as a family. Once I got involved it their story changed and there was a lot of "we didnt say that" and "she misunderstood". Everything they said to her was completely false and they totally tried to mislead her. I made it clear that all we needed was service first and then go from there. Since they were closing we would have to come back. That was fine, and the phone is fine. Its in great shape and it took a few minutes.

RUDE&LAZY Went in having issues with my phone. I had researched ahead of time & was pretty sure I knew what was wrong & would need a new one. The first technician didnt want to listen to anything I had to say & told me "doesnt matter what they (technical support) told you we have procedures." She clearly was annoyed, & passed me onto another associate, which I overheard. I went along with their "procedure" which was to back up my phone, which I was 90% sure wouldnt work (& was trying to explain earlier) Only to be sent to Starbucks to "use their Internet bc its faster" (& store was empty). I was there for over 2.5 HOURS and they NEVER ORDERED the phone. Oh, they also couldnt help with the data overages caused by the issue I went IN for & spent ANOTHER 2hours on the phone with costumer service!! Its now been two weeks, its finally in & I dont even want to go get it bc of the consistent hassle & no Im not exaggerating. Im so done with sprint.

I would never recommend this store to anyone... I have filed a formal complaint with sprint although there was a nice gentlemen who worked here.... Assurion referred me to there repair center they then sent my phone out for repair it was sent back "tampered" ... I received the phone back and took it to the APPLE STORE who then checked my device and noted the device was NEVER tampered with... it was in prefect shape other than the cracked screen....They even offered to repair it for me for $149 .. the problem is the phone deductible was $100 and sprint is going to charge me $159. to send it back damaged... I feel all of this could have been prevented... .I am now taking my device to another sprint repair center to get fixed before I send it back to sprint.....

I waited about 25min with my name on the clipboard. A woman walled up from the back and called my name. I said hello while standing within 2ft of her, and she acknowledged me. Then she called the lady who was next in line, behind me, and helped her while I stood right next to the Sprint lady. Was because I was a polite man that caused me to wait longer? Not sure. She then told me that she would need to keep my phone for about an hour. I agreed and she went to get paperwork. Then I was told that she would need my phone for at least two hours. I asked what happened to one hour and she called the next name on the clip board. This gal needs to be kept at a job that has nothing to do with customer contact. Too rude. Shopping for a new cell phone carrier.

Tried replacing my phone, had to pay 200 dollars worth of crap to get the phone replaced. Told me they would have it by 2 days at an exact time. i showed up to receive it and they told me it hasnt shipped and to come back 4 days later, i came back 5 days later and they had told me it still hasnt came in, then i had gotten my phone fixed somewhere because they were taking longer then they told me to replace my phone. I tried returning the items and they said they cant let me return them even though i have them still in boxes and before 14 days. kept telling me to call the next day to speak to the manager, i would call the next day and they would tell me the same thing. Save your time and money and go to some other place.

I would give them negative stars but thats not an option. I got a buy one get one free iPhone 6ss and the sales rep told us that we would pay month to month, meaning that we could get off of sprint anytime. When we tried to leave sprint they were going to charge us for both phones even though it was the buy one get one free. DO NOT BUY SPRINT SERVICE OR PHONES. They are crooks and they will try to do anything to lock you in and give you really crappy network. There is a reason that their only plan is unlimited, because that is the only way that they can keep customers. You get what you pay for. I would recommend not to ever buy anything from sprint even though I was with them for 3 years now...

By far the WORST Sprint store ever! Dont bother to set a appointment, they will gladly make you wait. I waited over a half an hour for someone to even tell me that I wasted my time and should have come there earlier.. after I had made the appointment for earlier that day. Try not to ask for much customer service there either. Ive been in there about a dozen times now over the past year and out of that only 3 or 4 times did I actually feel like a customer and not a issue for them to deal with. Very rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional. If you need anything done dont go there!

We are long time Sprint customers, and have always had beyond excellent service at this store. The staff here are actually interested in going out of their way to make you happy, and actually helping keep money in your pocket. We just had our phones serviced yesterday, and plan to purchase iPhones from this location when it is time for us to upgrade. Beware of the non-corporate Sprint stores like the Ferndale, MI Woodward location. Some of them (like the Ferndale store)do not represent the company well and will rip you off every chance they get.

My girlfriend and I went to the Sprint store to activate a new phone, and the technician claimed to be out of SIM cards. We called back the next day and it turns out that they were never out of SIM cards. We went back to the store and the technician again stated that there were no SIM cards. We mentioned the phone conversation, and someone else had to identify the correct SIM card. Sprint completely wasted our time because we had to drive there an extra time for no reason. I suggest that this store does a better job training its employees.

horrible customer service!! do not expect any true assistance from this store. they are just there to sell you products and make money. the only assistance I could receive for issues with my phone is through online or over the phone tech support and customer service. Had to go back on 12/20/16. Customer service rep tried to do the cheapest "fix" and it did not work. Then waited for over an hour while he went in the back to do I have no idea what.....he did not tell me what he was going to do or how long it would take.
