I walked in and I was greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Ramy. I came in to ask questions about devices that I had purchased and how to use them. Usually my kids get annoyed when I ask questions so I felt bad for who ever was going to get stuck helping me. Instead, he was very supportive and really made an effort to teach me all the things I needed to know. He was amazing, I couldnt have asked for better customer service! I recommend everyone goes to see him for all wireless needs!

I went there to ask about at&t family plans. Understanding The DETAILS of a plan and and deals (those conditions that are written in very small fonts down The page) are always confusing for me. But the staff here were very friendly and patietely sat down with me to explain all those details and available deals. They also gave me some good discounts. I am really happy with the service I received here. Naddy is doing a great job here as the manager.

terrible customer service after the sale was completed. absolutely no followup with promises (so get everything in writing), and my rep in particular just avoided helping, communicating, and escalating the issue. luckily, after many weeks and many hours i was able to get it resolved through call center. but employees here shouldnt go out of their way to create issues. i understand issues come up, but their complete avoidance of it is unacceptable.

Lived in alot of states and had AT&T for a long time. The store is led by Naddy and has the best customer service!! Went in two times to get assistance. Each time Jamal and Phil went above and beyond to ensure my service and billing (just moved here) were correct. Highly recommend the effort to go in vs call customer service at an AT&T call center!!

Nadeen, the manager at the store was amazing. She made sure I had all my information transferred from my old tablet to my new one. She was also very patient and understanding with my needs. Shes fantastic!! I will be sending all my friends to come see her like she asked. Finally a ATT store that knows what theyre doing.

These guys totally rocked!!!! I’m not sure how they managed to get my whole family squared away and happy but we left very totally happy with awesome phones and cases. Recommend them highly- Jamal, Naddy, Brandon, and Matt we so so great!

Horrible! Liars! Told me I would save by getting new boxes. Ended up getting a check for install for 200$. Was never told about this extra few. Manager is zero help. Dont give this store your business!!!
