I went to this walgreens for about the 4th time for my wife to pick up a prescription for my daughter. Every time they have been rude. But, tonight around 7.30 a heavy set lady with a pink pony tail was so rude, threw a temper tantrum then made me drive around again and go to end of line because she didnt have ready. She was rolling her eyes and very bitchy. I wonder how she got the job and most important how does she keep it. What horrible service. There was 3 women in there trying to figure out things and all seemed very bitter... all i said is that i would like to pick up my daughters prescription. I was polite and drove around and waited 20min. then the pink pony pig got upset because my engine fan turned on. I can only guess that they are using the drugs themselves.. Life is short, dont go here. Im sure other walgreens are fine, but dont go here unless you want to be insulted for fun..

I went three days without my RX because every one of those three days that I stopped by to try to get my RX the pharmacy was typing my name wrong! I let that incident go but the last straw was when my insurance company paid Walgreens instead of me. Guess what...Walgreens kept nearly $200 of MY money and NO ONE from Walgreens contacted me! They were just going to sit on my money! Then when I inquired about getting my money back they were horribly unorganized and acted like they had no idea what was going on! No apologies either! I will never use Walgreens Pharmacy again and Im spreading the word!

I read several poor reviews. I am a senior who had a special request for an order, my experience was good. Spoke with a manager to make a special order who did so in a timely manor. That manager even told me about the discount on the first Tuesday of the month. I was called the Monday prior, that my order was ready. My personal experience at this location was very pleasant. All of the staff I spoke with that day was very nice and helpful.

So they found my prescription in under five minutes, great. Unfortunately, I found the guy who I was talking to to get my prescription to be very rude. The customer service there was really bad, efficient but bad. Try using the drive through, dont bother going in the store if you need your prescription. That is unless they have someone friendly manning the desk. I dont plan on getting my prescription at this particular pharmacy again.

They told me my rx would be ready in 5mins, so i waited 10 to be sure, went back to the counter and they said it will be ready in 10mins. Hows that work? Riteaid here i come
