The store manager is a complete tool. I went in to pick up money from money gram. Which is a service they provide. Upon coming in he told me they didnt have enough money in the drawer then proceeds to say well maybe we do and then after that asked me for the reference number which he says is invalid. All of this is completely untrue their first policy should be to have you go to the red phone located in the store talk to money gram then take your reference number and ID to the counter to get your money he did not tell me about the red phone nor I had to call money gram first. pretty crazy coming from a store manager I know the correct policy because I went to a store 3 miles up the road he was happy to help me I will never step foot back into the Oak St., Zionsville CVS location I plan on writing a letter to corporate explaining my situation I have my receipt the store managers name and I will be filing a formal complaint.

I went to this CVS Minute Clinic for a strep throat swab. It is near my house and I heard bad customer service stories from many people regarding Witham Convenient Care. Also, CVS was able to tell me the exact cost for me to pay out-of-pocket. I can tell everyone that my experience was fabulous. The person that answered my call was polite and gave me all the information I needed. The doctor was friendly and thorough. Also, I was able to get my prescription filled in less than 5 minutes at the CVS pharmacy. The only downfall was that I arrived to sign-in at 1:15 and the doctors lunch break was from 1:00-2:00, which is simply unlucky. I would highly recommend visiting this CVS Minute Clinic for your basic health needs.

Most experiences at this location are good. Things are generally well stocked and kept clean. Occasionally you will run into a problem with a staff member who doesnt know what they are doing.

Great pharmacy if youre not a person of color. I finally wised up & transferred to a pharmacy thats not reminiscent of a 60s Woolworths lunch counter.
