For starters i hate the fact that there is absolutely no organization there... You cant even find toddler boy clothing because there mixed in with older boys clothing! ( i like the way it was when you guys were in new Baltimore) it really makes me want to walk out. I was there today an other people were saying the samething. 2nd... Your guys prices are crazy for 2nd hand stuff. You get it for FREE an you mark name brand stuff up so high no one wants it let alone cant afford it! an lets not mention the stains on the clothing. You have had the same Hollister jeans in your store for 4 months who is honestly going to pay $17 for a used pair of jeans. That is just insane!! I use to love going to your store. Since you moved to chesterfield its like a rape me store. 3rd off... There are many things i see with stains, rips, holes, zippers broken ect... ( if you go check it over GOOD) dont you have people go through this stuff an weed it out... 4th some of the people who work there are just ass holes!!! They have no respect for this store. Who wants to shop with rude employees??? 5Th clean the dang bathroom!! I actually left my daughter had to go potty an no way in heck will i let her use yours!! Word of advice.... Clean this store up. No one wants to shop in filth!! Organization the kids clothing ( who cares about the color code) i want to be able to go in an find what i need an get out i dont have hours to go through the stuff. An get rid of the stains up crap with holes. When you start listening to the customers then i will come back an give a better review. Intill then this is what you get..... Get it together!!

Their prices are too high. I buy brand new "never worn" at walmart. Salvation Army was for people buying used at discounted prices to help the people. Not take free donations from people trying to help others and hike the prices so high just to fatten their own pockets. However it is pretty clean in there. I just think It should all be flat prices on clothes. If you want to raise prices on purses and knickknacks fine. But....people need clothes and shoes and those should be a flat price of.99 each they would still make so much money.

I like this place alot. Literally, I advertise it to all of my family and friends bc its that good lol. Yes some items are pricey compared to other thrift stores but other thrift stores also do not have the best items like this one! I like the staff, I guess. The lines are long (which obviously means people like it) depending on the day and time (very busy on Saturdays) but when youre getting the best deals, can you really complain? Its a thrift store, damn. Just be thankful! Lol

Salvation Army theyre not as good as other places I worked there before so I know what its like youre not a bad place they do try to help out people that are struggling but then they dont understand other people that are struggling I think they take advantage of some people and thats about it with him

The store is great, but they are pricing some items high because of the maker name. That is not fair for people who have to get clothes and other items there they have no choice. A shirt is still just a shirt they got money out once for a high price, then it got donated, why the price jack up?

Sale signs all over the store said one thing. My friend checked out saw she was over charged and they said they werent doing the sale that was all over the store on each rack that said every Friday. There was no apology and they wouldnt return the clothes.

The small appliances like dvds and stereo equipment will say "tested" with a date on it but it only powers up. None of the functions work! This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I am done with this store! VERY dishonest! By the way, NO REFUNDS!

I enjoy spending time here. Some of the items are pricey, but they are always having awesome sales. This store is huge, there is new items weekly. The checkout however can take some time, but tht isnt gonna stop me from shopping here.

Disorganized and employees standing around when the line is as long as the store. Nobody bothers to come help the cashier who was overwhelmed.
