I just wet and got the very worst service Ive ever had. You advertised on TV your dollar drink small and iced lemonade and when I went there to get it they told me no there was not that one it not part of the deal and then when I went to order a large drink because of course I could get the 2 smalls. when thay had given me my ordered iced they asked me and I ordered on iced in they went and gave me crushed ice slurpee instead of what I ordered and I like I said very disappointed and will not return to that Tim hortons and maybe no Other ones l want to thank you for letting me tell you about this.

I have been to this location many times since it opened. I actually pass two other locations to get to "my favorite store. The people that work there are Awesome! Especially Nicole and Chris. Patrick the Manager is also great. I have never had an issue with this store, but Im sure if I did, Patrick would be happy to help me and take care of any issues that me or anyone might have. He is always polite and makes sure that everything is running smoothly. I will continue to pass up other stores to get my great coffee from the store at Newburgh and Five Mile in Livonia. Thank you

This location wont receive another dollar from me. Im always extremely respectful to fast food workers becuase its a job that really sucks and I used to do it out of high school. But the manager at this location, being a 30+ year old female, clearly hates her life. I mean I would too. Normal people progress in life and find a better job. Now, as a young married man with two kids, I refuse to be disrespected especially being the one in the shoes of a customer. Dont talk to me like Im stupid.

Waited in the store to place order while the three or four workers ignored the counter and only served the drive through customers. The 8 cars in line were served so I left the store and drove my car around and finally placed my order. When I got to the window. I could see the woman inside still at the counter trying to place her order. Horrible service for overpriced mediocre coffee and stale bagel. Why bother. I could get same coffe next store at Wendys.

At 1:45 pm, june 19, 17 - Ordered and horrible service. The drink didnt taste well or consistent, even the 7 year old commented her bagel was too hard to eat, (stale.) We ate about 1/2 and tossed it. I recall not-so-good experience from this location. Ill drive a couple miles to other location on 5 and Newberg and just pass on thinking about going here next time.

I frequent this location usually driving past other locations for the service here. Today I noticed something unsettling food being prepared without the use of gloves. Also, girl with red hair making the food without gloves seems very angry using profanity because there wasnt everything bagles and plain cream cheese in containers to give out.

Order dozen and a half donuts, server in training was not helped so she put 12 donuts in a 6 donuts box and smashed them. When the other server came to help her she just move them without replacing them. I didnt complain about that part seeing that shes in training but when I got home i found out that the donuts were old and didnt taste good.

I would not use this Tim Hortons. I was very dissatisfied, today is national donut day. Many different donut places such as Krispy Kreme, Dunkin, and others are having free donuts with a purchase of a drink however the manager at Tim Hortons told me they are doing no such thing. So I then decide to buy a donut, but they were all out.

Im a student and study long hours at many different tim Hortons. This location has great food and drinks with good service. I would of given it 5 stars but when dining in the sitting area its always cold and im the kind of person that will NOT get cold easily. So dress warm, the temp in here is not comfortable.

They dont make your coffee correctly. Even after a complaint to the owner and his wife. I still have to pull over, and stir my hot coffee, (to get what sugar they did put in there) and add more before I can drink it. Triple triple isnt that hard people. Hash browns are almost always hard and uneatable.

good coffee thats reasonably priced, and a lifesaver when it comes to putting in long hours for schoolwork since theyre open 24 hrs. it can get noisy around 8-10 PM but past that, people usually quiet down. its clean, has plenty of seating, and the staff is friendly too. overall a nice place!

First visit was happy to see they had WiFi but you have jump through hoops to get on and use their Wi-Fi. For low band wifi or sign up and give a ton of personal information for faster wifi. Then youre charged $1.38 for a small coffee with no refills. Pretty crappy I will not be returning

Love the dark roast coffee here (with two creams). It is probably my favorite coffee around. I wish they would actually put cream cheese on the bagels tho. Yall know that when you make your own bagels you put more cream cheese on it than what you put on my bagels. Shame on you.

Went to the 5 and merriman Tim hortons today waited in Long drive through line nobody was there to answer speaker so people drove off mad I pulled up to window and manager just looks at me and ignored me . How rude. I honked horn so Im definitely not happy

Nice staff & great service but the place was freezing & you could tell the staff was also. I asked if they could turn the heat up but they said they didnt have access & only the owner did. Also the mop water smelled horrible when she began to mop. OMG!! Lol

There was a bug swimming in his coffee and they or someone told him that it was protein and good for him I thought he was going to fly over the counter, but he just told them to have a nice day and we left. Whew they were blessed that day. Hahahahaha

Occasionally go to this location every morning before work. Had a terrible experience today with the girl taking my order at the drive-thru. Very rude and short with me with her sarcasm. Should have drove off and left. Will not be returning again.

I didnt receive the sandwich I asked for. I asked for a bagel with bacon egg and cheese. I got a bagel with lettuce egg and cheese. Not what I wanted but I was already at work and couldnt bring it back. Pay attention to what the customers order!

This is my first time at this Tim Horton. I was greeted in a very friendly manner as soon as I stepped in the door. Im from downriver, and its so much better here! The food fresh, and coffee piping hot and fresh. Great place! A+

Ordered two dozen assorted donuts and a toasted bagel. I got only chocolate frosted donuts and they put the bagel in the panini press. The donuts were stale to boot. I wont be spending anymore money here.
