DISCOUNT CORNER = 99 cents They take clothing with one color of tags (which are randomly assigned, AFAIK), and move them to the Discount Corner, periodically. The items there dont seem well-organized, and I found mens clothes mixed in with womens clothes and kids. Still, if you do find something you want, thats a good price. Otherwise the normal price is up to $5.29 for a used shirt, which is just way too much, IMHO. HALF-OFF COUPONS IN NEWSPAPER SAVE-ON BOOKLET ONCE A MONTH They only apply to used items, and you get one coupon for each location, per month (you can use it for as many items you want, but on one visit only). Also, they dont combine discounts, so if something was already on sale, you cant use these coupons. That brings most clothes down to $2.65, which is a bit more reasonable for used clothes. As for their general merchandise, those prices are all over the place. They seem to charge too much for used jigsaw puzzles ($2.99, even if in bad shape, as was one that was marked down to 25 cents by the original retailer, and then up to $2.99 here). I also found a thermos marked more than the original retailers price. If you use the half-off coupons the prices are at least reasonable. I bought 3 microwave ovens here, and all had something minor wrong with them (one wont rotate, and the other two dont have sufficient fan power to prevent condensation). Still, I used my half-off coupons and got them for $10-$20 each, so thats a decent price. Wouldnt have wanted to pay full price for those, though. Lines can be very long, especially during sales, as they dont seem to have enough cashiers present then. Their credit card machines dont seem to work reliably, so bring cash. (One cashier said the machine was broken, asked me to hand her my credit card, then asked all sorts of personal info, which made me rather uncomfortable.) They close the 2 unisex fitting rooms half an hour before the store, so dont bother showing up then unless you want to buy clothes you havent tried on. They do have a 1 week return policy, but you need the receipt and for the tags to be left on. So, if you cut the tags off to wear them, only to discover a flaw later, you are stuck. I put clothes in my trunk then wash everything with bleach as soon as I get it home, in case of bedbugs, etc. (also a good idea when buying new clothes from a regular store, as those may have been returned too).

The store was clean, almost sterile which in most instances is a great attribute for a store, however, the fun in going to Goodwill is to find hidden treasures. There were entire areas of the store that were virtually devoid of product....i was looking specifically for a white sheet and could not find one. I also like to shop for toys and craft items, however, this store had nothing. Perhaps they put everything on the auction site? In any event, I dont think Ill be back to this one.

I get this Goodwill 5 stars because you felt like you was actually going into a hybrid High fashion clothing store and now the junkyard store very clean a very nice sales people when I went there was two black men working but they was very nice man

Goodwill has a program called Club Blue, you can earn rewards for shopping there. This Goodwill is very organized. I showed 15 minutes before closing time found a baby cradle brand new $8.00, at Lansing MI store a wood high chair for $15.

GREAT selection for second-hand store. Lots of kids toys and even some bags/luggage. The racks of clothes seem to be kept VERY well organized at this particular location which is always appreciated when youre hunting for good bargains!

There is a LOT OF stuff here, especially for male clothes. I recommend coming here to take a gander at their stuff too! They have so many newer electronics and glassware. Lots and lots of different knick knacks too!
