I have been a 10 year customer there the first 3 years outstanding its customer service since has dropped off,after today it fell off a cliff! My phone has always been repaired there and sometimes it might take a few days for parts the last time i had a speaker issue Well they broke the screen and in doing so damaged the internals they did give me a loaner a week later i was told they have my phone ready when I get there they gave me a replacement new one they broke mine beyond repair!did they eat that broke phone?nope they billed my service contract with that said I believe is against the law So all is well and then my phone acts up i call people they cant hear me all static so I stop in to see if they can fix it.the heavy set blonde girl behind the service counter glass tells me they no longer repair them and tells me the only place for repair is in flint she goes on to say even brighton and others no longer do! I call Sprint and they tell me the brighton store Does repairs! the girl behind the glass flat out lied to my face and i will be going to brighton to get my phone repaired I will never step foot in the howell sprint store ever again

Got late on a bill, phone went off. Went in to pay ~70% of what was owed. Left. 1hr later no service still. We all know its like no longer then 15min in the decade Ive been with them and done this before. Went back, and the guy there was a complete tool. It takes up to 4 hours he says...lol. No, it doesnt retard. Tried to get him on the phone or to do something and he did absolutely nothing what so ever. Called Sprint. Within 2 min my phone was on. Apparently she said they didnt do it correctly? Tried calling them to let them know my 2 year old daughter helped me out more then they did....but go figure it goes straight to voicemail. And it was full. This place is absolutely terrible in my opinion. They apparently dont have proper training to get things done. They also need much help with their customer service skills. And....you can tell a store is poorly managed if a call goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. Lastly, the store looks.... terrible from all aspects. Stuff laying around everywhere, dirty. I can honestly say I will drive an extra 20 miles to never go back there again.

Horrible service. Would much rather go to the Okemos store, they are amazing there. When leaving with my phone they never even gave me a bag, my box with the charger and manual. I was supposed to get the new phone and my old phone back after switching the info over, the female told the male I was there for both phones and he brings me out the new phone and says were keeping your old one right? Um no, she said both phones and he still made me wait until he asked her again. I was so annoyed and left, that was when I realized he forgot my box and stuff, I called up there and then he played stupid after just leaving 5 minutes before. Worst store ever.

I cant say enough great things about this store and the staff. I went in the other night after going to 3 different stores that couldnt help me and the staff there was courteous and helped me with my issues right away. Not only did I get my phone fixed after getting the run around from the other stores and sprint direct but they also helped me get some holiday shopping done with all their great deals!! This store is the only store I will go to from here on out!!

I went into Basic Communications to get my phone fixed a few months ago. The staff there was very knowledgeable and took care of all our problems in a timely manner. They also offer a ton of products and not only fixed my phone and lowered my cell phone bill but they also saved us monthly by switching our phone, tv and internet bundle. I will continue to take my business to basic communications in Howell. They are our one stop shop!!

If I could give a ZERO star I would. By far the worst Sprint store I have ever been too. The employees were very rude, it took them 15 minutes just to greet me and they had no answer to any issue I had. Do yourself a favor and go to the Sprint store on M-59/Michigan Ave instead. They were alot more kind and have resolved all my issues everytime

i pay $7/mo for insurance through sprint and they refused to order me a new phone when mine was giving me all types of problems... i went to the real sprint store and they swapped out my defective phone on the spot and told me not to go back to Basic, because they are a 3rd party and they can pretty much do whatever they want.

Horrible customer service. I have been here a few times since it is close to home and they can NEVER help me because they are "not corporate". Although they had no problem selling me the phone 2 months ago. There are plenty of other Sprint stores in the area to give your business to.

Unorganized. Most employees dont give a straight answer about anything. They also dont really have answers. Lots of mistakes. I lasted 4 days with sprint and went back to at&t. Multiple emloyees said they would call me back with information but never did.
