This store is seemingly a friendly spot to all kinds of *smokers* even marking all smokers in there own review of them selfs on this forum. I recently purchased a Vaporite ® SOLO *air freshener* the equipment came with a * warranty*. I was very disappointed when my SOLO stop working after about a weeks use. When I told the woman at the counter that it wasnt getting electricity to the unit, she acted concerned and kind assured me that her boss the owner of the small business would be more then happy to help me, and took down my name and phone number. I informed her that I had e-mailed the company directly twice over the past 3 days and had gotten no response. She told me if there was no responce her boss maybe willing to refund my money and deal with the company directly. I never received a call from her boss and have now called twice over the past week to inform them that the company never contacted me back. This morning the woman at the counter answering there phones was much less kind then before. I told her that it would be in good faith and a good business choice to work with me that a good word of mouth can make or break a company. She replayed back angrily that they "have been in business 11 years". Its seems to me that she believes that there small local business was too big to fail. I would advise people who are thinking of making purchases of * tobacco products* to shop else where.

WOW. This place has changed for the better in the last two years..Service is great and friendly. The selection of glass pipes is sweeeet n the vaporizer line is awesome. I go here because they have more e-liquid than both neighboring shops combined. oh an they are the coil connection all kinds old and new. If they dont have something you need they will go the extra mile get it in call you to pick it up and even carry it to your car.

Amanda behaves like family that is how we feel in there. The owner is quiet mostly but friendly and when he does talk he jokes and smiles. We have never in five years had one issue with them that remotley displayed less than awsome treatment , once my son was sick an Amanda even served me right at the door from my van. I have never gotten that ammount of concern before anywhere .. right on guys we love ya .. sincerly the Warners

Been going there 3 yrs starting not to like them. Personal orders take 3 weeks to a month now when it only took the most 7 days and personality from the girls isnt warm. I really miss the guy who worked there before he was awesome. The young new kid reminds me of him now he is friendly. The owner is nice but quiet..

Great staff very knowledgeable. Went in without a lot of prior knowledge when I bought my vaporizer today and trusted them to hook me up with only the best. They did not disappoint! I love my new toy and will be sure to return only to them.

I didnt have a single problem there. I bought my bowl in early July, from a very wide selection I might add, along with my grinder. Nothing has gone wrong and they are always pleasant to me and are helpful. Ill keep going back.
