While they offer reasonable prices on their selection, I found their advice on shipping to be inaccurate. As a result, my wine was delivered warm to the touch, with one bottle having leaked out into the packaging and the label on another bottle shifted from its original location. After playing phone tag with the store, I was finally offered a refund on the bottle that had leaked (after I sent a series of photos of the leaking bottle to the store) but not on the other bottles, which I offered to return in exchange for other bottles of the same wine that were not damaged. I was disappointed with this level of service, far below what I would expect from other retailers.

On Saturday 12, 10, we visited Woods Wholesale Wine following a great experience using their web site. Even though we live in Auburn Hills, the graciousness of Bill,Rose and the entire staff will bring us back. This is now our store of Choice for all our Adult Beverage needs! I have been looking for a particular Gin in MI that i bought on the east coast. I had asked for it at a number of retail outlets, Bill was the first to check for it and order it for me! Ill willing drive back for the Gin and the pleasure of those smiles!

Best wine selection at the best prices I have found in the area. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist whenever I stop in. Recently, I have been searching the area for a particular bottle and have come up empty. I talked to the staff about what I was looking for and they ordered several bottles for me that same day. I am thrilled with their service.

Not friendly or concerned when things go wrong. They make the customer wrong, and as a result we had an awful start to what ended up being a great party. They dont return phone calls as promised, and are very indifferent. You truly find out how great a business is by their customer service when things dont go quite right. I will never do business here again.
