Nice and clean store. They dont have all that are crap that I dont need in a smoke shop (clothing etc.). They have a very wide selection of product that seems really nice. I was a little disappointed after calling about any 4/20 specials then going in. He seemed a little hesitant to offer a discount when I was in the store, mostly because I was looking at more inexpensive glass. Had I known I would have gone to another place that said 40 or 50% off ALL glass, not some Ill make the discount up for the customer. There was another guy in there, and seemed like he was a regular, and the owner thru some extras in, which I totally understand & support, but at least be fair with the rest of the customers. I probably wouldnt have written a review, but when I was undoing the bubble wrap around my glass, the item slipped out and well there went $25. I think it could have been wrapped better, but maybe I didnt spend enough to get the better wrap job. Otherwise I probably would have given 4.5 stars. I would also suggest a sign saying there is a cat inside. I had planned to come with a friend that would have had to stay outside. The employees seemed real nice.

Went to GR Cloud Saturday night and bought a small jar, cost around 9 dollars. The man took the jar out of the showcase and then brought it to the cash register and wrapped it up. I think how considerate. Naw ,not really, get home and take the jar out of the bubble wrap , only to realize the lid does not seal correctly, As in it comes off the jar very easily , meaning whatever is in it will spill out. I go back to the store not Sunday because they are closed and not yesterday due to work and what not. Anyways Today The jar is brought to the shop, only to be told no refunds or exchanges. Its not like I am trying to bring it back because it is broke, but because it is defective and I was unable to see this in the shop because I was not allow to carry it, The staff did, treating me like a child or something. Needless to say I have spent a decent amount of money there since they open! Never again will I go back to that place!

Had an enjoyable experience at smokers discount this morning. I could tell he was not expecting to receive my buisness yet, due to the fact that I had walked in 30 minutes earlier than the posted opening time, but he was kind enough to let me shop still. I am a difficult customer and he was very patient, and ended up giving me a nice discount on a vaporizer I badly needed. this place is way better than purple east, hands down, PLUS its next to a delicious authentic mexican restaurant and BDUBS. (WIN WIN)

Id give this place 6 stars if i could. Been loyal customer for two years now. Place is great, good prices and great service. The owner and workers of the shop will talk to you and make sure you walk out 100% satisfied. One day i go in and browse and i overhear a customer at the register saying the he was like 4 dollars short. Owner said "Dont worry about it friend." Which is the best way i can describe this place. Friendly and good atmosphere, it is here for you!

Dont waste your time going into this shop for anything the customer service is very poor and sometimes when you walk in you can smell a foul order he has a Cat in the shop and you can smell the Kitty Litter from the back of the store. He is a heavy set stocky guy with black hair he is always there he is the owner and sometimes he is ok and other days he is very rude with customers I really believe this guy is bipolar this place just stinks.

Sean is extremely knowledgeable on just about everything he carries in store. Always willing to work with me, and very generous. The shop is top notch, and clean. Not like other shops with junk everywhere, Sean has made a nice welcoming environment to browse. Overall this local business is top notch if youre looking to purchase anything in relation to smoking. I buy from here constantly, and will continue to do so.

WOW! I just moved to GR and had been looking around for a good shop, I stumbled upon GR Cloud and decided it was a good fit for me. I walked in and immediately felt welcomed and helped. They (being Shawn the owner and a nice woman behind the counter) were so accommodating and helpful. the prices were reasonable and you definitely get a quality product. The store was clean and in good order, It wasnt like some shops where you go in and its sensory overload. Everything was displayed well without it being crowded and confusing. There were two people working and both were very helpful, informative and professional. I went in with a lot of questions and I felt like I got a lot of help with my questions. I will be visiting again when the need arises.

I have been buying from smokers discount for the last 2-3 years and it has been the only place where I have gotten my glass at. The owner is very nice and very friendly. He has always treated me well as a customer and even gives me discounts because I am such a frequent customer. Dont come here for cigars. Got a weird vibe in there. Like they were defensive. I came in for cigars, of which they keep all behind the counter. So I had to wait 5 mins for an associate to come grab all the kinds I thought I could see from 5 feet away. I felt like I was annoying them. Its more of a headshop. Not recommended for cigars until they expand their poor selection.

The store is clean and smells just fine...not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. The cat is very pleasant and the owner is polite. He is ususally very busy but tries to take his time with each customer. The merchandise is priced well and not cheap glass. Not sure where the Nick guy is coming from. Its not nice to bash a business unless its really deserved.

Awesome shop, huge selection, great prices! I first stopped into this shop when it was located on burton to buy a pack of cigs, then I saw everything else they had to offer. Since that first visit I have made SmokersDiscount my first stop when I am looking for anything smoke related. Also the owner is a great guy, always a pleasure to deal with!

I recently moved to GR from Holland. I entered GR Cloud with the expectation of just being another customer but I wasnt. GR Cloud has some of the most energetic, happy, down to earth people working there. They know what they are talking about and they are an easy and convenient place to shop at.
