Dont listen to the spoiled brats, they are the type of people who think they are gods gift to the world and expect store owners to bow to them anywhere they go. Believe me, some customers are not worth their money. The store itself is great. Im not much of a cigar smoker but have been in their big walk in humidors and their prices are fair. If you are complaining about the prices then you are obviously shopping on the internet and not paying taxes, so there. Now, as a pipe smoker, I have gotten quite a few pipes from them and I keep returning because they have an excellent selection and prices that are VERY comparable to internet prices. The tobacco selection isnt the best but it is quite good, it could improve but its not bad at all. I agree that the owner is a strage duck, BUT a very nice guy indeed, also very knowledgeable and able to answer any question and provide excellent suggestions. Yes, they are not the most warm folk but they are nice people, if I want hugs and kisses Ill ask my wife. Was the owner rude to you? well, you wete probably looking for crack pipes, which he does not carry. This is a true tobacco shop, probably the only true tobacco shop in the area.

While they have a great selection (which is why I raised my review to two stars) they are over-priced across the board on ALL cigars, at least a buck a stick..to the point of gouging on premium hard-to-finds. Shelves include lots of empty boxes...while the floor and overheads are packed with unopened boxes. The owner is one-of-a-kind and his staff is undoubtedly the most unhelpful, unknowledgable, unappreciative and just plain unfriendly cigar shop staffs Ive ever ran across. i.e. I make my purchase, say thank you and they say "Yep" (which is the only word(s) to come out of their mouth the whole time Im in there.) Definitely NOT going back.

I dont know who is writing these terrible reviews, I am completely satisfied with this shop. The pipe selection is great and of fairly good quality. They have a decent selection of poplar cigars and have good prices on them as well. A great old school relaxed environment where you can sit alone, with friends, or strangers and enjoy yourself immensely. You may do what you like and even listen to their old school stereo/record player. I have had a pleasant experience every time Ive visited and will rarely buy a cigar elsewhere. A wonderful place all around.

Huge store full of walk-in and stand-up cigar humidors. They must have a thousand different cigar types. All famous brands (Arturo Fuente, Ashton, Montecristo, Romeo y Juliets, etc.). The part of this business I liked the best was that most of their cigars are buy 3 and get 1 free. The store also carries a huge selection of cigar humidors and cigar accessories. I am not a pipe smoker, but they carry a huge amount of pipes from Denmark and Italy. For a while, I thought I was in a tobacco store in England. Five Star Rating.

I went with my mother-in-law to buy my father-in-law a nice pipe while they were visiting. The person behind the counter came right up, showed us their pipe selection, was very knowledgeable and honest about his preferences and his experiences and his customers experiences. He also helped us pick out some different tobacco blends for my father-in-law to try. He ended up liking the Velvet Elvis blend the most. Great experience, although I dont even smoke I would definitely recommend this shop based on customer service alone!

Great cigar selection and knowledgeable staff. Asked for suggestions and have loved them. First visit Third visit...just came up 10 minutes to 7 their closing time and they already were closed!!! Guy inside said he already closed the till and I could get one cigar!!!! This in my book is not good service. I am very dissatisfied! Beware if you plan to pop in before closing might be closed already.

The staff person was fine, no problems there. The problem was the two premium sticks I bought I got gouged on! I expect to pay more than the internet, but not by $3.50 a stick for an under $10 smoke. I checked the same sticks across town at another bricks and mortar to make sure I am not being unreasonable and they were $2.50 less. Will never be back.

Never been to the smoke shop, but the new bar that opened up has gotta be one of the best - if not the best - cocktail bar in town. The drinks are freaking delicious and the atmosphere is pretty groovy. The bartenders are friendly and are always willing to offer suggestions and help you find a drink that suits you. Would 100% recommend.

Pretty good cocktail selection and very interesting atmosphere. The real up side to this place though is the location. It is just about the only bar in the area, something that was desperately needed (in my opinion) to break up all the antique shops.

Best new cocktail lounge in GR. The vibe is great, the drinks are on point. These are the same guys that brought you Sidebar located downtown. Replaced + refurbished the old tobacco shop. Looking forward to stopping in again soon.

Largest selection of cigars that I have seen, even in larger cities. the staff was very helpful with questions and recommendations. Lots of freebees with purchase!
