Had been shopping for about an hour with my wife, had a cart full of items. Went up to the checkout and proceeded to be rung up by Sue who was very nice and polite, we had 2 bags of Lays Frito and a bag of Fungons. They were suppose to be 3 for $6. They were ringing up $2.95 each, Sue tried to get it changed but could not do it. A employee named Adam came over and went to the display and said yes they should be on sale. Called manager over who was named Tonya, she went to the same display and I showed her where it said Lays and Funyuns on the same line. She said no.....it did not include the Funyuns, my wife said well then if you cant give it to us for the sale price, you can just keep your stuff and we walked out leaving the cart full of $75.00 of items because Tonya did not want to give up $.95 . She was rude, the other employees were very polite.

Called regarding an exchange, was hung up on the first time and got put with a rude higher up the second time. When I bought the bed I was told it would be guaranteed for a number of years. This was not the case as they have a 30 day policy that she rudely explained: "We only got 30 days here." I went on to ask again what they could do for me and after putting me on hold for a bit, she told me to bring the frame back and they would exchange it, before she abruptly hung up on me. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. I almost would have rather she told me there was nothing she could do for me than to have been so rude. How hard is it to treat people like people? Never spending here again, might not even go back for the return. 1/5 worst retail experience I have ever had. If I could give a zero, I would.

Because most of their prices are cheaper than all the retail stores even Walmart.Plus they have sales every week like the other stores They also have a discount card and the more times that you shop and save you get things free. But i have been shopping there over 5 years and only got sometime free once or twice.Its a little out of my way,so i only go there when i have to be over that way

Signs were not clearly marked and management isnt very friendly. That unfriendliness rubs off on the employees after watching interactions between them. I needed a price override on an item that was in the ad and the manager had an attitude trying to get me to not want the adjustment. However, that advertised item was the sole reason I went to the store. Just not an inviting environment.

It was ok, but I stopped in for a greeting card only. I hadnt been there in awhile and I remembered they had inexpensive really cute greeting cards. However now they only sell American greeting cards & one card was five dollars. Very high when compared to the $2.50 I expected to spend.

Ive always liked big lots. Shopped there many years ago in Toledo, Oh. It has changed over the years cheapening its "odd lots" persona. It makes it more of a chain store with stock rather than its original buyout/closeout theme. Although it has decent furniture there now.

I always enjoy shopping here! Nice items at great prices! I go here often to find great deals! Debbie the manager treats us like family! They should give her a raise or a bonus! Good employees are hard to find and she is wonderful! I recommend this store to everyone!

Was very disappointed in the prices. But cost of living is going up too. The staff was working and from what I understand, staff is not paid a whole bunch. But am thankful they do have a job. Overall, the store was clean.

Always worth stopping by to find Great Deals, and I sometimes have nothing special to look for but I have Never left empty handed!!! I dont have to search and I have found some Great Deals just sitting there , LOVE IT!!!!!

Wasnt happy at all, your 4th of july ad unhappy with the store hours stated that Big Lot was closed. Wasnt able to get the sale price. Store Manager in Linden rd wasnt understanding terrible customer service

Love the idea that you put furniture in layaway. The store has a lot of household items and some outdoor items ,but there is not alot of Grocery.
