Horrible experience. Not that Tim Hortons owner cares but maybe this will save someone else grief. I waited at counter, no one in sight, counter filthy and about five people crowded in drive thru area. Finally one of them acknowledges me with an attitude.few more minutes goes by, I finally asked if anyone was working the counter. Lil miss attitude says "I tells ya someone will there" finally order taken. Soup and a grilled cheese. Now ms attitude is helping make my meal.....I stood there a long time. Finally asked for my money back...just as they finally "found" the grilled cheese. They were having a conversation about where my sandwich was. I get back to office (less than a mile) and the broccoli cheese soup was cold and looked curdled like vomit. I get out grilled cheese it was old. I swear they got it out of the garbage..cold, old and gross. So I threw the food away 6.32$ called manager (will) he would gladly refund me if I came back in. I told him he could bring it to me. Also told him he better learn how to manage. He was in the drive thru the entire time and saw everything!

I cant believe they give you attitude when you tell them they messed your stuff up. No 3rd shift Manager on site. Employees with attitude makes you loose customers. When you loose customers you loose jobs. Stores close. Ive looked at most of these reviews and they all are saying the same thing. Bad businesses I know I dont want attitude because I want a coffee and I want it the way I paid for. Employees give you what they want to give you and you got to pay for it. I guess they dont realize on your receipt has a survey for service. Leave your attitude, bad language and terrible customer service at home. Cold coffee when its not supposed to be.. and 25 sugars when it was 5 in each xl coffee. 2 xl coffee 5 cream 5 sugar with Hazelton each the same way.. 25 sugars... really? One coffee had alot of sugar other had no sugar n COLD.. XL IS A BIG COFFEE. 5 CREAMS DONT MAKE IT COLD. I KNOW BECAUSE I ALWAYS GET A LARGE WITH 5 N 5 AND ITS NEVER COLD. I wanted more coffee so we upgraded to get dogged by an employee!!

Ive been going to this place for years. However, i am noticing the service has dropped off in the last few months. Most of the new employees dont seem to care about customer service and are borderline rude. I think ill go the extra mile and try the one on Oakwood from now on. *** UPDATE**** dropped to 1-star Service has hit an all time low... waited 20minutes for a coffee. This will be the last time i go to this location. The place is a circus, total mass confusion. Owners must hire the cheapest employees to maximize profits. Anyone that was any good isnt there any more. Unfortunately there is no other locations near by so they will continue to pull in a tonne of business, just not mine anymore... ***UPDATE*** bumped it up to 3 stars This place has finally started to turn around. They seemed to have cleaned up the lazy employees and replaced them with mostly competent ones. Service is now standard, but this is one of the busiest THs in the area so expect a delay.

3 weeks and counting the drive through is unable to take debit cards. The sign stating this is on the ordering board, but because of the setup you are now trapped in line and cannot exit. slow service, I blame this on management not staffing to meat needs. The people working inside seem to be doing their best in a bad situation. Management are the ones not fixing the credit card machine, management set up schedules and do not have enough any day of the week to handle a short line. Management allows breakfast meats to run low. Management allows different pastries to run out before the morning rush has even begun. The employees seem cheerful and making the best of a bad situation, because by the time you get to order your coffee, youve been waiting 5-10 minutes, whether thats inside or outside in your car in drive through.

This was by far the dirtiest Tim Hortons I have ever seen. The first thing I saw as I walked in were old spills all over the lobby entrance. They were black so clearly had been there a long time. The seating area had food and garbage all over the tables and floors. The garbage cans were all way overflowing too. Then I made the mistake of going into the bathroom. There actually was a used tampon on the floor next to on of the toilets. Went to order my coffee and was afraid to say anything until after I got it because even the area that all the employees were in was filthy. I asked to speak to the manager...I was very nice and mentioned to him a few of the things I saw. His response was yeah I know...the employees here dont want to do any work. Well he is failing at his job I would say.

Service is extremely slow as hell, coffee isnt worth the 20 minute wait. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. The food is also sub-par. Ive been coming here for a while because its on my morning route, and its never been a pleasant experience. Im going to go out of my way to avoid this place. Just earlier today I waited in line for 10 minutes and not a single person was helped. There were 2 people ahead of me and 2 more behind and 2 waiting for their orders. A girl in the back was just washing a spoon over and over and then she walked to the front, saw the line, and ignored it and walked off somewhere else. The drive-thru line wrapped back around the building. I ended up just leaving. One of the ladies waiting for her coffee was waiting since before I even walked inside.

Bad service. Always out of steak. I live across the street and go here frequently because it is so close. The workers at the drive thru are often really rude to me. Yesterday, I went in and one of the workers said she was stopping iced cappuccinos after my order because they didnt have the staff to make them. I asked her if they ran out and she said "no we have plenty, but it takes too long and we dont have enough workers here right now." Did I mention bad service? Their credit card machine at the drive thru has been broken for over a week and they have no sign posted. They are always out of stuff. Plain bagels, twin donuts, steak, etc. Ive never seen so many workers doing nothing. I dont get how they can always be out of certain items with all those people working there.

Im a Ford worker on the midnight shift so I need a fresh cup of joe this place has to be the worst example of a Tim Horton s I have ever seen in my life....middle eastern hangout so the staff and quality of service is terrible because these people hangout all times of the night with kids disrespecting the establishment so the workers there Dont Care!! So customers in the area that have to work for a living expect better service and quality if Im spending my money somebody need to close that place down... Before someone get food poisoning from the lack of cleanliness...PLEASE PEOPLE Take The BAD Reviews Seriously because we are not lying One Star is giving them to much credit 00000!!!!!!
