Went in with a phone that had significant damage to the screen and internally. I informed Genius of my skepticism that it was just a broken screen, they continued to assure me that it was. 3-days-later still no phone, after they told me the fix would take 24-hours. Finally, I receive an email informing me that the phone is fixed. I drove back to the store during my lunch hour and when I arrive, they ask me to wait a moment. They young lady comes back to the front desk about 10-minutes later and tells me the phone is not fixed after all; there is actually extensive damage through-out and the price is far-more to fix it now. I tell them at this point I might as well buy out of my contract and request they give the phone back. Turns out, they cant yet becasue, they put a new screen on before they realized the phone was not working properly. They ask me to come back for the phone the next day. I do so (very upset at this point) and they give me back the phone in a plastic bag, in pieces. Terrible communication is all I can say. I went and bought out of my contract and got a new phone with insurance; the wise choice to begin with.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, that I bought a little over 3 years ago. I have no complaints with this phone, but I cracked my screen recently. My first thought was to just get an upgrade from my provider. After researching my options, I discovered I was going to spend over well over $600.00 to replace this phone. A quick internet search led me to Genius Phone Repair. They advertised the price to repair my phone, and were local. I loaded my Family into the car and showed up just before closing time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did not have my replacement screen in stock, but said they could have my phone done in a couple days. I decided to leave my phone with them since the screen was unusable anyways. This was Wednesday at closing. I received an e-mail from them Saturday just before noon that my phone was ready. When I picked up my phone it was repaired perfectly. The total price out the door with a new battery was less than a third of what I would have spent on a new replacement. Thank You Genius Phone repair. Your company is a financial life saver for people with high end phones!!!!

closest location is the Eisenhower Ann Arbor location. staff is knowledgeable and helped me with what I needed, unfortunately they didnt have the part in stock. (but at least they will have it available in a couple days) - Will definitely come back to get my phone repaired. Spending the $90 bucks to replace Samsungs failed charging port issue is worth not having to get locked into an extended contract with my phone company. Will post later on their repair service and efficiency.

I stopped in today because the screen on my iPhone was becoming detached. It was able to be fixed immediately at a very fair price. While I thought of doing what they did to fix it, it was done in a much more professional manner than I would have done and Im sure I would have broken something else in the process. I was very pleased with the service I received and will definitely be back if (when) I experience another problem with my phone or laptop. Thanks Aaron!

Genius Phone Repair fixed my cracked iPhone screen the same day and at a very good price! Weeks later I went back to have them look at my laptop which had expired that afternoon. The sales team worked through 2 issues and could not fix the computer. But after installing 2 new parts, they did not charge me for the effort they put into trying to fix it! I would and will recommend Genius Phone Repair to anyone who needs reliable, honest and helpful service.

If youre looking for people to try to take money you dont need to spend go here. Went in for a battery replacement today and they told me my phone screen was "to compromised" to work around due to a crack and tried to rope me into spending an extra $100 to get it replaced. Went elsewhere and guess what no issues with working around my screen what so ever and I got the battery replaced for $20 less

They went beyond a basic repair and checked every possible solution before declaring an item was beyond repair They even didnt charge me for the initial service because the item wasnt able to be repaired despite having done service in my device And their screen repair is cheaper than the Apple Store rate with better service Id return to them.... ....actually I already have XD ^^

Terrible. They told me several different things with regard to price and what needed to be done with my phone, and ultimately they were given a phone that worked perfectly aside from a the SIM reader and gave me back a phone that not only had the broken SIM reader but now also has a broken screen. I cant even wipe it to sell it because I have no way to see what Im doing on the phone!

Very solid experience. I needed batteries for two iPhone 6 models and one screen replaced. The person behind the counter was confident and assuring. As stated, the work was done in a few hours time. Before walking in the place I really didnt know what to expect but I left impressed they have a very orderly business and do quality work for a good price. Im happy I went.

They had the best prices and the fastest repair. But more importantly, when I had a problem with the phone (related to the part they were shipped and not their work), they went back and re-did the work for free even though they could have weaseled out of doing it in the terms of the warranty. They demonstrated integrity when they didnt have to.

The guys that work in there are very helpful and fixed my iPhone fast. They could have up charged me and I would have had no clue because my phone would not turn on at all, so I though I may need a new battery or port but something was just unplugged. They told me that and didnt not try to sell me anything else. I appreciated the honesty

My friend works by that place, so i gave her my cracked ipad so they could fix it for me. She ended up having to go back over 5 times and it still came back with a crack in it. They were nice enough to give the money back but I am disappointed overall that it was not fixed. Now, I cant go to apple because my warranty is void.

My phone wouldnt charge properly, I feared the worst. I stopped in and the guy knew exactly what to do. He cleaned the contact out for me and didnt charge a dime. I tried to pay him but he insisted it was too simple and just good customer service. Tough to find an honest business with good morals - but this is one of them.

Fantastic Find! Customer service was fantastic, quick and great at trouble shooting. had been to three other providers/service stops searching for a resolution and Aaron was able to fix my proble in 10 minutes at with one stop. With teenagers and dozens of devices around our home we will no doubt visit a bunch!
