I went today to sign up for Christmas help, the guy who checks you in was absolutely rude, felt like I was being yelled at. This year is a difficult year for me, lost my job and have 2 small children. I heard about this place, decided to go. Then I was greeted by a very grumpy old man, I explained that Ive never been there before and wasnt sure if I had all necessary information to sign up. He quickly became rude and agitated. Didnt really explain anything.. I walked out just about in tears after waiting for about 1 hour. Makes you wonder where the Christmas spirit is?? I never did get Christmas help.. I will never go back. Its tuff already feeling bad about how you will do Christmas for your children. And to have another person knock you down even further its the worst feeling!!!

Really HORRIBLE experience 2 TIMES in a row from walter the guy who does the christmas sign ups... Talked very rude to me an made me feel like a no good piece of trash! Very very disappointed im there to get holiday help for my child because i dont have much money this year an then i get treated like that not cool at all.....
