Rude Staff and unclean practices. Upon entering the establishment, the 5 of us stood and watched as the 3 attendants carried on a conversation in another language for over 2 minutes. Once they decided to help us, they rushed to get our orders. The orders were poorly prepared and not one of us received the correct order. When I complained that there was bacon on my sandwich, the woman simply stuck her unclean hands into the sandwich and peeled off the bacon. That is Injury to insult to a vegetarian. On another sandwich was cold bacon. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Those of us who actually ate the bagel from Boston Doughnuts complained that they felt nauseous. The rest of us went to Subway and had a mediocre sandwich that far surpassed Boston Doughnuts in quality and service. Subway is right down the street aprox 500 ft down the road.

First off the place is very dirty. They need a serious overhaul. With both cleaning and employee wise. They do not care about the customers one bit nor do they care to get the orders right. I work in the food industry and I understand its stressful and thankless some times, but this is ridiculous. They just flat out dont care. I have given this place so many chances and I wont be returning and will be making sure to worn the people around me.

Theyre constantly screwing up simple coffee orders. Out of the last 7 days theyve made me an iced coffee three times instead of hot and put sugar in it twice when I say cream only. I try to be as clear as possible, theyll even repeat the order back to me and then continue on to screw it up. I go here because theyre local, but unfortunately Dunkins is a better alternative when it comes to customer service.

The two older woman charge you more and they both are pretty bad at making coffee....the younger of the two will even mess up your coffee and try to convince you it was you that spoke wrong.... I give them a 1 then younger girls are fast prompt and on point honesty they are the reason I still grab my coffee there everyday great service by them....a 5

Ive never seen so many flavors for anything really. 30+ choices to flavor your coffee with. I had some iced coffee and a blueberry muffin and both were delicious. Cheaper prices than other big coffee chains and some tables inside if you want to relax while drinking your coffee. Friendly and quick staff.

Worst garbage ever. Didnt even have hot coffee when I showed up at 7am. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich should be illegal it didnt taste or look like bacon it was some processed thing that I swear looked like a dog treat. This was my worst mistake of any town I have traveled to
