A real hardware store, I found things in this store that I havent and cant find anywere else for example (an outdoors balum) I look on every store in town and guess what, two blocks away from my house happens to be a barrows store but my hard headed self always underestimating said to myself if walmart dont have it, and target, and radio shack this people aint gona have it...well to my surprise I should off went there first and save me all the trips to all those 3rd class stores, cuz only on line I could off find one of those items... well not now, I can find almost everything I need and if they dont have it they get it. 5***** star.people

If my father and grandfather were alive, they would only trust Barrows for their knowledge, reliability, pricing, ansd service. Oh, wait! When they were alive this was the ONLY hardware store they DID trust, as do I. And once my son is blessed with homeownership, he will come here, too. As friendly and knowledgeable as it comes. You will NEVER have to search for help. They are at the ready.

I was at Barrows few days ago and requested help. I was completely ignored. I find they are unfriendly, avoid helping clients, and have a very anti customer return policy. Home Depot on the other hand can b very, helpful and have a very friendly customer return policy. I dread going to Barrows and only go there when I feel I have no choice.

Always helpful. It is smaller than Home Depot, but they either have everything or can order it. You wont wander the aisles for 15 minutes looking for what you need. Because of the excellent customer service, Im always in and out quick with what I was looking for.
