Where do I start? I had keys made they didnt work. Didnt know that was a possibility since the keys basically make themselves with the equipment they have. Ordered some Pete Moss and was told to drive my Mercedes around the back and somebody will put it in my car. The sales person smart when saying that. It was kind of presumptuous to assume I drove one . I dont and it was a very rude comment. Ordered screen doors replacement they came and picked them up on the first day which was great but then lost the doors. When I called to find out when they would be delivered back was given a day it never happened. I called back and was told they would be delivered on a certain day which they were But they were replaced upside down. Ill be going to Amaganset hardware from now on.

I had a disappointing experience this past Sun July 10 - which erased all of my appreciation of the convenience/location. Arriving 15 minutes before closing, I described a paint need for a project I was in the middle of to a paint attendant. The attendant was friendly and showed me the paint chips, which was initially a huge relief. However, he disappeared for almost 10 minutes. When I found him, the attendant told me there was no time to make my paint. Huh? It would have been much better if he gave me a heads up rather than tell me to take up my request with the manager who curtly told me I wouldnt be mixing my paint. In the future, Ill drive to Sag Harbor or better still to Home Depot in Riverhead.

I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to get a Weber grill ordered. When I mentioned to Chris that I hoped he would price protect and I had found the grill elsewhere for less, he rudely said to buy it elsewhere and hung up the phone. I always try to help small business owners, but in this case, Chris made the decision easy for me. Ive now bought my grill for $350 less and cant wait to get it fired up. Sorry Chris, not only did you lose my business for this grill but I will no longer visit your store which is sad because I had a 20 year relationship with you. Its a shame given there are really nice people who work in this store, you just arent one of them.

I went there just once to buy a gas powered lawn mower. I found one but it didnt have the bag to store the cut grass. So the guy said they have one at the warehouse which is 10 minutes from their store. So it will take half an hour to get the other mower. We agreed to wait. This guy returned after an hour and said that they dont have it. He wasted my complete hour and I was running short on time. Never been there again.

I called to ask about Deer Spray type and sizes available. I could not believe that this VERY RUDE store person than said "Come down" and hung up.... Will never go into this store again unless they apologize........ Ill drive to Wainscott or Amagansett first... ..

Tried to order a weber grill just now. I was put on hold and called back 3 times. Finally gave up after a half hour. Bad customer service. Ill never shop there again.
