Not great. This pharmacy was really wonderful. ADAM and a few others were amazing! ...Until recently. The staff are always friendly and never rude to me. However I can tell that the location is challenging so there must be plenty of customers that are demanding. This location is directly next to the only AIDS service organization in the area AIDS PROJECT WORCESTER. While this in itself is no big deal, the clients use this pharmacy frequently since it is tied in with the agency and its building directly. Unfortunately many of these clients are actively using heroin and other narcotics. People that are high can make it hard for the staff, and for the customers that arent high. This is the second time that I have gone to pick up a prescription 24 hrs or more after calling them in and they werent filled yet. That is no doubt due to things mentioned above, however it is important IMHO to take care of your reasonable, quiet, and non inebriated customers or you may be left with only the crappy ones.... Bye bye Felicia. The pharmacy left two messages on my phone to call them this past week. I called today and asked what was needed and I was placed on hold for over fifteen minutes. During that time someone picked up and replaced the receiver twice. Unacceptable business practices.

The employees are all great to deal with and they offer a wide range of services. Unfortunately, they recently moved the "plus" services to a new location and reduced their hours here. They close so early that if you have an early afternoon doctor appointment, youll never make it to the pharmacy in time to get your Rx filled. Very inconvenient. I also couldnt find any way to contact management about my griefs. Again, the staff are all friendly and wonderful, so Id rather not bother them with complaints about management, but there is no contact information to be found for their business office.

Great location. Inexpensive. Caters to Inner City population. A small caring staff who are obviously overworked. The hours have changed and have been reduced. Call times on the phone are way too long. More staff is needed.

This pharmacy is so AWESOME, they are so educated and take the time to explain to me what each medication does and there affects. It is truly one of the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Highly recommend to use them.

Worst pharmacy ever.. who cares if theres no co pay.. customer service is trash and the people who work there are zero help and have no care in explaining things
