What a terrible experience! I came here with 5 of my friends. The piercer was unbelievably RUDE and obnoxious to all of us. While I was having my piercing done, I asked him about the pain I would experience and he proceeded to tell me about how women are weak and that he doesnt see why we come in to get these piercings if all we are going to do is complain. I never do reviews but I feel like I have to because of how terrible each and every one of our experiences were. One of my friends "chickened out" and changed her mind last minute about the piercing he wanted (mind you, this was before she paid), and he complained that she was taking too long and he has places that he needs to go. I told him that the website says that they close four hours from the time and he gave me an excuse about having to leave early that day which was total bullshit. I called even before I went and confirmed the time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! NOT WORTH IT. Oh and they use cheap quality rings! I didnt get what I wanted but I traveled all the way from Boston so I didnt want to back down then.

DONT GO TO ACTION INK. I had a chest tattoo that took an hour and 15 minutes, and barley was detailed and the tattoo artist pulled $250 randomly out of his a**. very incompetent. I had a friend who went to get her belly button pierced and it got stuck and they took forever to get the jewelry in and when she went home it was crooked! also my friend had scheduled a touch up appointment because one of the artists there recommended a fellow coworker who could touch it up. when we got there we had to wait 45 minutes and when the artist was done with the people he was working with before he didnt even know he had an appointment with my friend and didnt even end up touching up the tattoo because he said "there was nothing he could do" they also have a like 10 year old kid picking up the phones there and has no idea about anything in the shop. very unprofessional, small shop. You can honestly keep searching and find a much better place to enjoy your tattoo/piercing experience. I will never refer anyone here and I hope you dont make the mistake of checking this dump out

My initial first experience was a relatively good one. I went in to get my bellybutton pierced and had no problems. However, I went back because I was having problems with my piercing and to possibly get the captive bead ring changed to a regular curved barbell because it was irritated. Whoever was taking care of me DID NOT listen to my concerns. Not only did he REFUSE to change it for me, but he actually interrupted me mid-sentence and said "I dont care what you say, I am NOT changing it for you." A few weeks later I went to another tattoo parlor where I got my jewelry changed no problem (which I learned the jewelry Action Ink originally put in was too small, was irritating my piercing AND was infected). Needless to say, I will NOT be going back there. The prices are low for a reason. Dont waste your time.

(Piercing Review) I love Action Ink, I have only been pierced here and I have enjoyed each experience. One thing to keep in mind when getting pierced is sarcasm, the body piercer is a very funny guy but yes sarcastic. So lighten up when you walk through the doors, the décor is very tasteful and appropriate. The staff is wonderful and always helps me with any and all of my questions. I recommend this shop, not only for its welcoming crew but its convenient location as well. So stop in and make yourself at home, and remember you are in a tattoo shop... Five stars all the way!!

This place is terrible! They treat you as if youre going in there to ask for a free tattoo, not as if youre a paying customer. Rude doesnt even cut it. Told me i was booked a week further out, I saw the guy pencil me into the appt book. Money in hand and words at the tip of my tongue, I walked out. Although i cant speak on their work, I can say that id hate to have their permanet mark on me when theyve made such a bad first impression. the men and establishment do look dirty, so (I assume) the instruments cant be any better...

I went there to get my conch done and everything went beautifully but me and my friend went back because she wanted her nose and I wanted my snug, my friend went first and the piercer was incredibly rude, I went next and when I got up to look at the piercing he pierced the wrong thing then tried to tell me I was wrong he did redo it correctly but now I have an extra piercing that I cant take out because my ear is to irrated to take the wrong one out

Negative stars. My niece went for a tongue ring, she asked to have me in there with her, they said NO! I said I am going in, then they pushed me aside whole TWO nasty old men locked her in a room!!!! She was so upset. I banged on the door until she finally got out. I don't know what they planned on doing with her, but she was crying when we left. Never, ever go there. I am thinking of going to the police. FYI she was NOT pierced, thank god.

Excellent place! Ive been going here for years for both tattoos and piercings. If you cant handle dark humor or the guys being straightforward you should not go here because they will not baby sit you. Excellent artists, the guy who does piercings is hilarious. If youre cool to them theyll be cool to you, its as simple as that. Never had a problem here and Ive been going off and on for 7 years.

Everyone who works here is incredibly rude. I got my belly button pierced here and I was insulted the sole time by my piercer. I was completely uncomfortable and pissed off the entire time. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Learn how to run a god damn business you fools. (I recommend Dharma Ink in Easton MA its FABULOUS)

Great experience! The place was extremely clean and the piercer sanitized everything in front of me and explained everything he was doing. Very quick! My friend went in for a nose piercing and I a navel piercing and we were in and out in maybe 15 minutes. Will definitely be back there for more.

I go here for piercings and my tattoos, I have been for years. The place is great and the people are awesome. If you cant handle crude humor, and post bad reviews because of it, then dont go. They are always helpful and honest. And they know what theyre doing. NEVER had an issue.

I had an awesome experience here.The staff was nice and the piercer was very professional and thoroughly walked me through what he was going to do and how to do the aftercare. Will be returning soon for more piercings for sure.

Staff is very polite and thats honestly the only positive thing about them. Location sucks, artists are mediocre. I got in infection from a nose piercing. Very unhygienic.

Had to go to the hospital for a rook piercing. Pierced wrong. Emailed Action Ink about the infection for some tips in hopes to clear it and they did not answer.
