I travel all the time. Being addicted to Starbucks I subsequently visit this iconic brand all over the country. The Southborough location remains one of the best run, most customer centric Starbucks I have ever been to. Eric is a phenomenal manager and the team is fantastic!

We are regulars that come to this location at least twice a week and get very rude remarks from the manager, John. He will come up to us and imply that he doesnt want us sitting there probably because we come there so often. It is highly unprofessional and upsetting.

It is a nice Starbucks, been going for 3 weeks and see the same people but they dont recognize me at all which is a bit surprising since I order the same thing every time (only reason not 5 stars). Order is always correct and speedy.
