Sales associates were rude,dismissive,and not one iota helpful. They acted as if we were unimportant and ignored us. As a result, we do not plan to visit this store ever again, We found a lovely lighting store in Kingston with great customer service and a good selection. We were able to purchase what we were looking for. We plan to return there from now on for our lighting needs. They seemed to appreciate our business.

Agreed. The service staff is ridiculously rude...Went there and everyone was in good spirits until they needed to tell me they dont carry outlets, or gang boxes and with a serious attitude that says; dont come here unless you are a very important contractor with lots of money. Sad on such a nice day too!
