I went her and found the lighting I wanted. I then waited for a,salesperson.....No one came after 15 minutes, so I went to cash register asking for help. That person didnt want to leave the counter and told me there was o,my a couple folks working at this time.She called,for a,sales,rep....still no one came, as I went to leave the w/o.an who couldnt leave the register was on the floor working with a person that came in after me. Oh well, lighting by the sea in hampton falls .had no problem working with me and I found a much better quality light for a better price than rockingham.THat made me happy !

Poor customer service. I drove 40 miles because they are a dealer for a light fixture. The woman browsed briefly at their catalog then declared that they didnt have the book. Then made a half hearted effort when I asked for a similar style. Would never go back, very disappointed, what a waste of time.

Large selection of high-end lighting for my home. High-end lighting costs are quite a bit higher than what one would see at a big box stores, but a lot of it is very innovative.
