I went here to simply have my phone analyzed to see if I needed a battery or if there was something actually wrong with my phone because I have had an ongoing issue with loss of battery power. Upon arrival I was not greeted with an unprofessional attitude. It was more like I was interrupting a text message conversation. My girlfriend says hey you should put your business card on thier board. The girl at the counter says I quote " OH YOU CAN ONLY DO THAT IF YOU BUY A PHONE HERE" I should have left then. Anyhow, I was told that I needed to leave my phone for an hour and a half so that they could analyze my phone. I thought this was a little strange seeing as though the store was empty and they were all sitting around doing nothing. I came back an hour and a half later and was told I was all set that it was my battery. They said they replaced it. I figure ok great! Until They tell me the only thing is ummm... We lost all of your pictures and maybe some apps on your phone. Why I ask? Well we took the liberty ("WITHOUT MY PERMISSION" ) To update your software version to the latest version. (WHICH I CANT STAND, THE NEW JELLY BEAN) And who knows what else they did. So I take my phone and scroll through it. All of my business files are gone. Customer info, pictures, apps etc. What a nightmare!!! So then I see him plug in a flash drive trying to reinstall all my stuff. WHY IS IT ON A FLASH DRIVE? ARE YOU TRYING TO PIRATE MY INFO?? Also he completely wiped out the ability to take pictures, jammed all my settings, wiped out my SD CARD, NOT TO MENTION I HAVE MY TAX INFO and invoicing app with all of my recent business transactions. All of this could have been avoided by simply backing up my info. Before he did anything. Perhaps some training needs to be offered to this guy. LASTLY, everyones attitude that worked there 3 people was that Geeze he was just trying to help!!! Help? Wow!! Ok The only way to undo all the damage he did was to perform a master reset which fixes my camera but all my info. Is gone forever. Thanks for nothing. My girlffiend was with me and as I turned around she saw the technician ROLLED HIS EYES AND MADE A FACE to one of the other employees. ENOUGH SAID!! I could go on and on about how horrific this experience was. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE OWNER OF THIS PRIVATELY OWNED BRANCH. Of which I was told they do not give out her info to the public but yet I found her business card on the counter. Just another lie. And also to Corporate. Good luck if you go here.

This place has really gone downhill. very bad service. Especially from the owner. I went in there with a horribly malfunctioning phone. she told me that it was out of storage and this was the problem. I showed her that it had 87 Gigs of storage left. How can you sell and service Iphones all day and not know how to check the storage on the phone. I believe she just wanted to get rid of me. There was a guy next to me who said his phone was suddenly acting crazy. the guy said that the settings must have been changed. He said.."i dont touch any settings..i just answer the phone". They will tell you anything to get you out of there. I have insurance on the phone and they said i need to go to cranston RI to get the phone fixed. They wont give me a loaner or do anything to help. (Her first trick was to try to tell me it had water damage). Watch out for this place.. very bad. I would be highly highly suspicious of the positive reviews here. They look like they are fake in order to boost their star account . Do yourself a favor and go to the sprint company owned stores in where ham or at Dartmouth. They are much better and more professional. This New Bedford store lost its ability to fix phones because of so many complaints

Had a broken screen replaced on my iphone 6s. They fixed it and when I got home, the screen lags horribly. Restored my iPhone the next day to no avail. Went back to the store the very next day and was treated like crap. The store worker was very patronizing and questioned my intelligence and integrity. I walked out of that store raped $106.25 for a defective screen and without any attempt to help after a faulty repair on their part. So now I ordered a new iPhone from the Apple website and I will never go back there again. I also forbid my wife and four kids to never step foot in that crooked business as we are all on my Sprint plan. Stay away from this place. They smile in your face to get your money and then they wont back up the hack work they do.

Staff very rude. Once you give them money they dont care to bother with you anymore. Took my old phone and refused to give it back, lied about the date I was to expect my phone (by months!) and gave me a fake tracking number! I went to sprint in Dartmouth right near Texas road house and the staff there was so friendly and helpful ! I highly recommend them, dont waste your time at this location!!! Its not even a real sprint store, its just owned by some random local guy.

These people are terrific. I took my business partners phone (which I didnt buy there) in to get it activated, and they gave me excellent service. When the phone didnt get as good a signal as the one before, they explained why, AND swapped it free of charge for one that would work. Simply amazing, lovely people, felt like Id gone back in time to the 50s--when people wanted your business!

I just recently upgraded my phone and Im glad I stopped in. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful to my needs also they were very knowledgable of their products! They swapped over all my contacts and other important information. I highly recommend Them! Thanks guys!

Preordered the iphone 7 in sept 9,2016 and its now nov. 25th 2016 and still have not recieved my phone , smfh 2 1/12 months! Thats crazy
