I had a very good experience at the Seabrook nh store. Steve was very helpfull. He is extremely knowledgeable. He was very polite and courteous to my wife and i. He helped us pick out a good plan and was able to lease us 2 Samsung S 8+ phones. 2 for the price of one a great deal. Steve went far and above the call of duty to compete our sale and activate our phones. It took quite a while to transfer all of our info into the new phones. We really appreciate everything that he did for us. He even stayed an hour after closing to finish our sale, now thats good customer service. We were hesitant to go to this store because of all the poor reviews we read but decided to take a chance. Im glad we did. I highly recommend you go visit Steve and tell him Vic and Cindy highly recommended him. Thank you Steve for the great experience.

Awful store. Awful customer service. They dont care about you, and will lie to you. I had a serious issue, called the store multiple times, and Brandon the sales rep I had dealt with would not return any of my calls regarding the issue. Worst customer service. Brandon also had the nerve to push me to buy merchandise when I bought the phone, because he "could really use the money". Go to another store, they do not deserve your business.

I went into the store on a Saturday evening around 5:30. There were 4 reps in the store. I greeted myself by asking one of them a question... no one else was in the store. I asked about the new offer Sprint had released the day before. The rep was unfamiliar with the new plan and had to keep asking the manager. He we very unhelpful. I will not be back in this store.

Very poor experience with the sales staff. Jakob sold us a plan that was not available for us. Needless to say Im getting a 300 + bill a month for 3 lines. Have gone to the store 3 times to get it resolved and they keep telling me they emailed corporate. Two months later still not resolved..!! Worse customer service and incompetent sales people.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. When I shopped there 2 phones I was interested in purchasing were on display but not in stock. I wanted to purchase a Samsung but they only a LG in stock for price range. Since my current phone wasnt working I chose the LG, it turns out to be a pretty good phone.

An older fellow who works here is oblivious to his surroundings. He states there are no Pokémon promotion inventory left but yet leaves an advertisement sign about Pokémon go on the door you enter the store. I am never going back to this store again. I advise others to do the same.

They gave me very false information. I was chasing after plans that didnt exist because of that. Be very careful. Not all Sprint stores are the same. This one is not a corporate store there is less accountability.

Walked in with a problem with my SIM card in my phone, associate was very rude and unhelpful and directed all of my questions to Apple. Not a sprint problem it seems, but service was still terrible.
