I really love the NOS, it is eclectic small town, carry-everything, slightly disorganized aesthetic is at once charming and relaxing. Judging by the types of apparel on offer, NOS is the preferred outfitter for the local highschool sports teams-adding to the hometown charm. The deep connection to the community makes shopping here feel good. If youre looking for a big box store with lots of light, you wont find it here. You will, however find lots of people who come from the town and who really want to help you find what you need. On a visit about a year ago, I had a twenty minute conversation about camping lanterns, lumens and battery life. If I had one complaint, its that the process are a little high, but that, I believe is a result of the limited negotiation leverage that comes from being a single store enterprise rather than a chain. In short, NOS is a feel-good shopping experience for people who like community based businesses and want to support the home team.

I’m always blown away with the service in this store, a few months back I was looking for a way to ship a fishing rod, after visiting many big chain stores looking for an idea on how to do it (I have never shipped I fishing rod before). I called Natick Outdoor and the person who answer the phone at the fishing department was able to help me and gave me a 7’ tube free and was so happy to help me! Every time I need anything outdoor related I always go there to buy and experience their excellent service. Thank you Natick Outdoor

This Store is Amazing! It has everything and very high quality merchandise. The sales staff is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable and can you show exactly what you need. They have things for men, women, indoor and outdoor sports, the store is huge, and a great adventure just to go in there. The camplng section has everything, and on top of that, they have the best sneakers, winter boots and fry boots, I was highly impressed. Great Experience

It is my first time here but wont be the last!. They have a great selection of everything. Each item has great quality with amazing price! Everyone should stop by at least once to check it out. Also, their employees are very knowledgeable and friendly, they make you feel very welcome all over the store. I had a great shopping day today and will definitely come back. Very nice store. Larger than it looks from the outside. had everything I needed and few clever gadgets and useful odds and ends I hadnt thought of. Left my mother-in-laws dog come in and cool off. Very helpful getting my wife some nice moccasins. In the summer they had a very nice selection of outdoor toys and rec for the kids. All around a very nice store with sane prices and local. sweet!

I am a frequent customer of the Natick Outdoor Store. Their selection is good their prices are good and their service is great. I often go there for kayaks and kayak gear and deep sea gear/supplies. Their service in these areas is particularly exceptional and they have a great selection and very knowledgeable associates to help you make the right sellection! I highly recommend!

I got both of my fly fishing rods from Natick Outdoor Store and Rick, who is head of the fly fishing department assisted me in getting my rods, flies and fly tying materials and I could never be happier. Fantastic example of an excellent small business in America that people drive by to go to Walmart. I was one of these fools. No , support your local business and go to this store. You will find a fantastic selection , a well informed staff and competitive prices. They sell a lot of stuff, go there and look around.

I tried to return a product that broke after one use. The manager argued with me that it wasnt defective and refused to take the item back. I understand the economy is tough but arguing with a customer that something isnt defective when it truly was, is inexusable. They have lost a customer for life.

Natick Outdoor, offers quality products you dont find at the big box stores. They have a great staff, who actually know about the products, and they stand behind whatever they sell. Whether its a baseball mit for a child, or a high end fly tying vise, I have never been disappointed.
