I was trying to get info on a package that is apparently sitting in Chelmsford, so started calling numbers from an internet search on "UPS in Chelmsford, MA", as this is where the tracking detail said my package was. I called one of the numbers, which was this particular store, and as I explained that I was wondering how to get hold of a package in Chelmsford to possibly pick it up, I was interrupted by the person, and told this was the retail store. I was then given a 1-800 number to call for this. I called this number and it was for a porno line. The number was off by one at the end, 1-800-PICK-UPS, and judging by his attitude, I cant believe this was unintentional, nor can I believe he did not know the main UPS number. Even if an accident, he had no time for me.

UPS store hae higher prices that the independant outlets out there, I do not blame them as they are more likely paying royalty and franchise fees, howere expecting them to deliver some service is in line with their high prices. I used them last month and they charged me too much to ship and package my gifts. I did not have time and believe that they took advantage of me. My advice is shop around, select small independant stores, they have better and faster service and do not have to pay royalty to anyone. Their prices are very low as well, I now ship all my packages via a small outlet in Tewksbury called Neighborhood Postal or something like that. Alan D

Ordered something through Amazon that was due May 10th. It arrived at this facility midnight of the 10th and I received an email from UPS saying it would be due for deliver that morning from 9-12. It was not there when I got home from work that night at 10 and I received no further update from UPS. I called the place directly Saturday afternoon and left a voice mail and still nothing, until Monday the 15th when I learn that they damaged the thing and wouldnt be delivering it.

Glad to know Im not the only one who has a hard time with UPS, everytime they f**k up my delievery which really upsets me. I accendiently opt to pick up my order and they send it all the way to Chelmsford instead of the faulty nearest me? When I called to cancel that and just get it ordered they say it cant be undone? I CANT CALL THE SHOTS ON MY OWN DELIEVERY!? Bullsh*t

Awful JUST AWFFUL, I wish I can give this 0 stars but I cant. I waited throughout the whole damn day for my package since I need it in particular on THAT day and it never came! I checked my ordering tracking number status and they said they made an attempt, I NEVER EVEN GOT A SLIP ON MY DOOR!!!! I HATE YOU UPS but your customer service for chelmsford was nice, thats all.

When I track my package and its in chelmsford, I already know I would have to go pick it up because they NEVER leave my package, they dont even try to contact me. I have tried everything, register in the website, leave a note saying they can leave my package without signature, but nothing works. Dont know what to do anymore.

I accidentally had a package shipped here rather than to the customer center. They charged me 20 dollars to pick up my shipment. Also, the associate that "helped" me was rude and unhelpful.

The personnel are very professional and courteous. The prices to ship are very high though and I prefer to use the USPS unless I have a prepaid mailing sticker.
