Well, its a Gap store, so it has most of the usual. The store is not that big, hence dont expect huge selection, but its enough for me. Staff is not unfriendly, but they are not the very friendly type. The racks in fitting room are messy, I wont be surprised if this store suffers high inventory theft since clothing are just thrown in a big pile with no one tending to them (probably due to under-staffing). Generally, I do appreciate having a physical store in the neighborhood. My only complaint is, why cant I order online and pickup in store?? Gaps gotta improve on its logistics and backend. This type of online/offline combo service level is pretty much a given for most every stores these days.

i have been to this store few times.On two occations i happen to leave my thermal pants in a fitting room and it vanished!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff are unfriendly and reluctant look for it.I personally went to look at the lost and found stuff .They didn`t allow me to look through it and they treated me like a thief coming to rob them,although i had bought few clothes at the same store 2 days ago!!!! unfriendly staff... horrible place....
