Im not generally down on Old Navy: they tend to have good enough clothes for reasonable prices that dont just fall apart 10 minutes out of the store (unlike, say, Macys). This location, though, always looks a bit like a disaster area: the clothes are shuffled through, signs are sometimes misleading or in incorrectly located, and the staff generally seem to have little desire to help (which I get, but it certainly doesnt make up for the other problems). There are several discount clothing stores nearby, and I recommend you try those first and only come here if youve struck out and really need something.

Good clothes at good prices. The staff is helpful when you need assistance. Returns are quick and easy. Seems like a popular location because it gets busy a lot. Display floor is kept up most of the time so store is neat.

I went there at 10am. There are clothes everywhere. I guess the night people never cleaned up. I had my 4month old with me and there where no carts to put him in. Not sure why I keep Trying South bay. GROSS

I was helped by an employee named Aquilat, and she was very helpful. She helped me find a nice, but affordable bathing suit, and she also helped my friends find one as well. The customer service here is great!
