Great place to shop! Busy, like most retailers on a weekend;but worth the waitin line for a good check out experience. A little messy probably due to the extra 25% of clearance event. They great selection of watches. I got an amazing MK watch, at a great price. The girl there was very helpful and lively. And she had bright blue hair! The downside was that they do not size watches for you which was a little annoying. Though, with what you save paying a discounted price totally worth it! There was a very nice and friendly slightly older gentleman at the registers who was helpful and offered me their great debit rewards program. So i signed up for that. He seemed very knowledgable and friendly. He even played a little trick on me. Overall, it was a Great shopping experience. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and will be shopping there a lot more.

I come down to Boston once a year and the highlight of my trip was coming shopping at Nordstrom Rack on Boylston. I am a plus size. Last January, I was surprised to find that this store has decided to stop carrying all plus sizes even though all the other Nordstrom racks still carry them. This is discrimination and a way to tell me to stay at home, shop online and be sedentary. I believe this is a bad move and I have cancelled my credit card with Nordstrom because of this. I know I can go to another store but I do not have a car and I stay downtown during a conference so I do not have time to go elsewhere. I do not like to shop online either since moving around is one good thing about shopping.

I found a random top on a rack, the only one of its type and I fell in love with it, I tried it on and it fit perfectly but noticed it had a huge hole in it... After thinking about it I was going to buy it anyway and stitch it up myself but decided to ask a sales clerk if she knew of anymore in the store because this one had a hole. She told me that she could get the stores tailor to fix it for me because that was lone shirt in the store! What a relief to not to have to do it myself! I was unaware they had an on sight tailor and I have been to this store several times. I was so pleased to find this out today and for the pleasant service and help from the clerk that helped me!

This particular rack location is hit or miss, more often miss. The chain itself is great but I rarely find at the Boston location what I see online or whats available at other locations. Whats more, its genuinely depressing to shop here. The staff dont seem to care about customers or theft- having witnessed someone run out with a coat just yesterday- I rarely see a manager except during peek or holiday hours and the racks are so disorganized that locating a different size, brand, or style is often impossible. I generally leave empty handed. Their one saving grace is their handbag selection.

I dont typically write a review, however; in this case I am taking the time to do so. The store is clean organized and typically good customer service. Today they stepped up. 1 item from my purchase did not make it to my bag and home.. I asked them to mail it to save me the trip back, as its not a convenient trip. They are mailing it, no problems, not attitude.. I appreciate the effort Angelo and team... Have a good one

This store has great deals, but the store is trashed on weekends by selfish shoppers and the staff does not make enough attempts to pick up after them. The store is reminiscent of the old Filenes Basement downtown where nothing was where it should be - but the deals were great if you were lucky to find your size. Shoe deals for men women and kids are abound. Nearly everyone in the checkout line was purchasing shoes.

Its an okay store. I like the location (super convenient!), but merchandise seem to be a little all over the place. There were handbags on the floor, and clothes not properly hung on the racks or not in their correct size racks etc. Staff are not particularly helpful or friendly either. Compared to other Nordstrom Rack stores, shopping here was not as enjoyable.

Good place for discounts on higher end clothing. They have many things that are available year round, while other items rotate with the seasons. A bit less hit-or-miss than TJ Maxx/Marshalls. Prices, while discounts, may still not be cheap. They do have a sizeable mens and womens section, though they offer more products for women.

Im never fully satisfied when shopping here. There seems to be disorganization, often few size options, and prices are not that outrageously discounted. I would be wary to go looking for something specific because you probably wont find it. However, winning sections are definitely high end bags, coats, and jeans.

I work in the area so i pop in daily. I absolutely love this place. You must be willing to dig for a deal though. This particular location reminds me of filenes basement which i loved as well. Ive found tops for $0.01 muliple times while shopping here. My co workers are always amazed at what i come back with!

Amazing shopping experience and floor layout. Cant beat their customer service - theres a urban legend going around that someone took their flat tire in to customer service, and they were able to issue a return. Thats how wonderful this team is, and they treat customers extremely well.

Solid Nordstrom rack, nice and big with good inventory. I havent ever had too long of a wait for a fitting room. The cash registers can get backed up but thats not such a big deal. I like it better than the Marshalls across the street. You can enter off of Boylston St or Newbury St.

i bought a very cool fringe microsuede jacket at the N/R in February. i did like the selection of large not loose tunics for women as an alternative to tight fitting clothes. i bought a phone charger here which includes its own cable attachment that is plugged into the cell phone.

Sometimes things ring up cheaper than the price tag. Im not into retail anymore. I think I have enough for now. Ive seen items here I liked but really didnt need. Its better quality than Marshalls. They carry designer goods here. And 34G bras who buys those in Boston?

Great location that is listed as on Newbury Street, but there entrance is on Boylston. Its two floors, with a ton of merchandise and helpful staff roaming. The lines to purchase your goods can be long, but thats offset by the great people working the register!

I went for the "Clear The Rack Sale" there were very few actual sale sections, maybe 3 or 4 racks. It is a pretty standard Nordstrom Rack, Jackets, Shoes, Sweaters, Shirts and Suits. The womans section seems much bigger and might have a better variety.
