Fantastic experience. My mother wanted to sell some excess jewelry, and they took the time to explain what each piece was worth and why. We never got that "theyre selling jewelry so they must be desperate" feeling. Having done some research, we never felt they were trying to lowball us, and we got a fair price. For my next jewelry purchase, (or if my mother has more jewelry she never wears), Bromfield would absolutely be one of my stops.

There are a million choices for jewelers in down town Boston; Bromfields is by far the best choice. Not only do they have an excellent selection of beautiful jewelry to buy, they also have the best customer service I have come across in the entire city, in all of my years here. I could not be happier with my experience at Bromfields. 10/10 would recommend for any buying, repairing or other jewelry needs in Boston.

10 of 10 would never shop again! Wont ever go there again. Did business with them on a few occasions until they admitted to rather blatantly ripping me off whIle describing to another potential customer their pricing. They have no issue with low balling you and lying to your face about value and then turningaround and selling your item for quadruple the price. Itd like a bad episode of pawwn stars!

Gee did I feel small upon leaving that store! I walked away feeling that my little ole ring that was slightly smaller than a carat wasnt good enough to be sold there!! Spoke with a gentlemen that was very cold and not so customer friendly!!! It wasnt so much what he said but how it he said it...borderline condenscending!

These guys are really, really sweet. I called as they were closing on Christmas Eve and they agreed to stay open long enough for me to come in and do business with them, which ended up being about 25 minutes extra. Really, really appreciate that in a business, which they didnt have to do. They saved my Christmas!

I had great customer service. alan and Chris could not have been more helpful. I had and expired coupon and they went out of their way to make it work. My sister loved the earrings and they were of great quality. I will definitely be back.

This place is a scam. They offered me $10 dollars for a $200 dollar watch. I went to the other pawn shop few streets down and they offered me $40 dollars. Check out other pawn shop they will offer you more money.
