These people are horrible. Have next to zero professionalism. And have even less jeweler knowlege then a dead relative. I went in there with 2 watches. Both flooded in diamonds. 1 Breitling with 1.8ct of VVS spreader throughout the whole bezel and face. Before he could even ask me anything about it. Some kid about 20 speaks to who Im assuming is the manager. Who just looks like some bum off the street and has a horribly arrogant demeanor, looks pissed at life. Sees the other watch I had which was a grand master. He tells the kid. We dont offer much for that crap.. I stayed shut. They then proceeded to look at a 800$ male diamond ring recently purchased from Kay jewelers. And 1 earing that belonged to a pair of diamond earing for myself which were purchased at Macys last December for 2,499$ I only had 1 earing. The other was a tragic loss so I was curious if I should just trade in for money toward another pair.. little did they know these things were all purchased within the last year. And I had the receipts for diamonds and purchases on hand. Before we could even get to that. They offered me 50$ for everything. Or 25$ for the 800 dollar ring. And the 1, 1ct diamond cluster earing. 25 dollars... thats right. 25$. For Im talking mint condition items. Needless to say. I went to NH and met with a real jeweler. My watch was worth 2,500 to him. And I paid 10k for it. Collectivley he gave me 4,200$ So if you go to LOAN USA in Lawrence. Your a complete fool. Not to mention everything they had in there showcase was in horrible Shape and significantly over priced. And to see them selling sterling silver for 150$ more then my offer was a joke. That place should be shut down immediately. And the manager needs a dam bath and lesson in, customer service. Presence. Hygiene and jewelry. HOAX..... be WARNED.. dam fools are so use to there surroundings in Lawrence that they lack the seriousness they need when a real client walks in. Tragic.. Looked right past a good pay day. Dumb asses

Horrible customer service..I bought a silver ring for $90 and i brought it in to pawn it to see how much I can get for it and they offered me $2. On top of that the employees treat you like crap. I wouldnt recommend this place at all to ANYONE! Dont waste your time going there. Also its funny because outside of their business they have a sign saying "They pay the most than any other pawn shop" HaHa....What a lie! As I said before.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I went in a few days ago to look at and purchase some jewelry; I was greeted by a young man with a beard who was extremely helpful and professional. The layout of the store is simple enough that it isnt hard to find anything and there are a lot of Good items here. Overall I was happy with the customer service and the quality of the store. Ive already recommended to friends.
