Two stories with an attached Starbucks. Its easily acess able from the main road, in a relatively active shopping center with plenty of parking. Pretty standard for Barnes and Noble and the only book store in the area. This location has been a bit frustrating. It can be difficult to find staff to help, even at the help desk. The checkout does not tend to be as friendly as other locations Ive been to. Yes frequently online shopping will be different from in store prices. Though this was the first time Ive had a book in hand and refused the online price although I could have the same book purchased online, free shipping with pick up at the same store for 1/2 the price. Rather than adjusting manager had me come back the next day to pick up the exact same copy. More frustrating however was special ordering a book (time sensitive need) and 3 weeks later I hadnt been notified it was in. I called spoke to them and they told me the order had been "cancelled for some reason ." We reordered the book, I never heard back again. Calling a second time, I spoke with the manager who found in the system, it had been cancelled a second time b/c the supplier didnt have the book. I ended up having to order online, have the book overnight delivered so my son could do a book report for school. One that was a large portion of his grade, we had planned more than a month in advance so he could do his best. Yet do to the stores lack of attention and/or finding out the problem the first time, he crammed a full biography in two days and the morning it was due we were at the printers before school. I generally like the company but this location has been frustrating.

I try to go to local business and spend money instead of just going to Amazon. But every time there seems to be a problem and this Barnes and Noble is no different. I wanted a movie, Harry Potter year 7 part 2. I asked the clerk for a copy and he could not find it, so I settle for a double feature set. A little more but okay I wanted to enjoy an evening with the wife after the kids went to bed. It was the wrong version and contained special features not the movies.......long story short.....went on Amazon, the reviewers "screamed" that this was the wrong set. So why didn’t the salesperson say, “sir this is the wrong one.” That is why I hate shopping at stores. The salesperson "never" knows the products and could care less.....so now I have to go back to the store return the product and get the right one. Basically since B&N does not care the train their employees or stock the right items. I lost a nice evening and have to make a return.

Location is great-although it may be a challenge to find a parking space because this Barnes & Noble is in a strip mall. The biggest upside is that there is a Starbucks within the bookstore so it is perfect for enjoying a coffee while studying or discovering a book. There could be more space available for studying...especially more table space provided. I find that Barnes & Noble is a bit more expensive than books ordered from Amazon, so unless I have an urgent need, I will most likely order my books from Amazon. Their rewards program is a bonus but it will most benefit those who buy books often or are regular patrons. I really enjoy their magazine and journal/stationary sections. -Sam [BOU]

Lots of great space to walk around and explore books. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I like the fact that Starbucks is located adjacent to the store making it convenient to stroll around with a hot cup of joe/tea. The store is usually clean and the layout makes it pleasant to search for books. The only drawbacks are that sometimes you may not find the book you want in stock and prices are rather more expensive compared to Amazon.

Its nice to have a brick and mortar bookstore out there. This one is very large, with two floors, a large periodicals section, and nice chairs facing the windows upstairs. Theres a Starbucks attached to it, along with free wifi. Yes, prices are higher. Youre paying for the ambiance, and I consider it worth it.

Its nice to still see "local" bookstores in business but when your actually shopping you see why Amazon will destroy them eventually. Prices are anywhere from 10% to 50% more for the same books on amazon and they wont price match. They wont even price match their own barnes and noble web site!

The few of the brick and mortar institutions left in the area; great location, nice atmosphere, great selection of books for everybody; become a member and youll enjoy more savings; good discounts offered every week

Bookstore. It has been a while since I have visited a big book store. It is clear the trend is away from lots of books and towards games, media, coffee etc. Prices were worse than Amazon for items we checked.

We enjoy the Storytime. It is very interactive. There is a childrens Lego table that my granddaughter loves. I love the large toy section. So many educational toys and books from which to choose.

This is an awesome Barnes and Noble. 2 floors, frequent events, plenty of spots to sit and read, and (of course) Starbucks. Added bonus is the pokéstop for Pokémon GO players!!
