These people (namely the pharmacy employees which is have the most experience in dealing with in person) are much more competent than any of the other individuals Ive dealt with at other Rite-Aid locations (all over the county within about a ten mile radius of this specific location, give or take a few miles). The people at this location tend to be much more astute, paying more attention to detail, not screwing up your prescriptions and what have you, and above all else, theyre both much more warm and accommodating (so to speak anyway), much more so than other Rite-Aid Pharmacy locations. Personally, I (not unlike most people Id assume) tend to appreciate when i walk into a busy pharmacy and Im still treated (and just as importantly Im made to feel as such) as a priority. I walk into any other (even moderately) busy Rite-Aid, and Im treated with disrespect and blown off as if to say "Youre in our way, come back when youre actually having a seizure and maybe Ill think about it", (I swear, thats exactly as it seems at most other locations around my area). ...I walk into *this store*, and it couldnt possibly be different from the disrespect I receive at any other local Rite-Aid pharmacy. The last time I went to drop off a prescription here, while the pharmacy was noticeably busy, I was immediately told "yes sir, we have your medication in stock still, its not a problem at all, give me maybe twenty minutes? Ill have you taken care of, no problem sir". *Asking me*, not rudely "talking *at* me", just concerned whether or not his twenty minute educated guess at an accurate ETA was alright with me personally, he wasnt putting his workload before his manners. Thats not something I tend to forget; The utmost polite way the man could have gone about treating me in any given (nonetheless that specific) situation. Ill likely be dealing with this pharmacy within about 30-60 minutes from right now as Im typing this, and its the only one Ill walk into, not dreading the horrible service. Theyre very nice to me there.

I do not require "Personal Service" everywhere I go. Nor do I require someone to say "Hello, Welcome to xxx". What I do require is that if I go to a place of business, that the employees at least pretends to give a crap about the customer. I prefer not to feel like a burden to another person when I drop off a prescription, pick up a prescription, or purchase an item. This Riteaid store has some of the worst customer service and, the most rude employees of any store that I have visited in the Pasadena area. I live only a few blocks from this store and I will never return, ever. Every employee I have talked to, from the ones in the pharmacy to the ones in the checkout, are rude, inconsiderate, passive, and have the "Why are you bothering me" persona. I would suggest to go to another store at all costs. Try Safeway on Mountain Rd, CVS on Magothy Beach Rd., or Pasadena Pharmacy on Mt. Rd. Any of these, just not THIS RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE Riteaid. Thanks for listening to my rant, Heath

After reading the other review (Downright Rude) Im actually shocked. I have had the exact opposite reaction. While Im often frustrated taht the pharmacy never seems to enough supply on hand to fill my perscriptions when i drop them off, the employees have always been very friendly and helpfull. Whats more, there are actually employees to be found, unlike the Walgreens on Crain Hwy which started out good when it opened, and quickly cuts it hours back, then its staff. You were lucky if you could get waited on in half an hour. I have alwyas walked right up the counter, or drive through and had quick and polite service.

They do take a little long to fill prescription the pharmacy employees could use a little training and customer service. They dont talk to you when you pick your scripts up they dont look at you and also when you drop them off you feel like youre a burden if you need to wait for it Im still going there only because they have my parents prescriptions all the time instead of having to drive around and look for them but if theyre you would get a little friendlier and better service in the pharmacy I would spend a lot more money in the store

Store is nice & clean with your average products. Prices are high, which is normal for a store like this. Obviously its cheaper to go to Walmart, but this convenient. You can get good deals when stuff is on sale & with coupons. The service is hit and miss. They ALWAYS greet you when you walk in the store, but upon checkout, some employees seem to not want to be there, which is understandable but bad business.

Every employee there works as hard as they can. Theyre real people that you can talk to and work with. Ive been coming there for 3 years now. I only wish they would keep my Monster Rehab energy drinks in stock.

I have been coming to this Rite Aid for the past 10 years and have found that all pharmaceutical carriers are rude to the customer. This place is the slowest, rudest, inconsistent.
