I started going here when I moved to the area. I dont plan on going anywhere else. They are extremely friendly and customer service focused. Transferring my prescriptions was a breeze. I am the person who forgets to refill my meds on a regular basis. I have never been to a pharmacy that you walk into, ask to refill all your meds, and walk out 5 minutes later with everything. Got a question while your there, no problem they will happily address it.

I love this pharmacy. I learned about it when I lived close to them. They are very "mom and pop" shop. If your meds aren't in, be sure they'll get them to you the following day. I recently moved further away,but even though I pass like 3 pharmacies on the way here, I would travel even further though. The customer service and friendliness here is parelell to none. A+++

EXCELLENT!!! You are treated like a patient! They know your name and they talk to you and answer any questions or concerns you have. They are professional and very friendly at the same time! If there is an OTC item you need and they dont have it..... they order it and you can expect it by the next day! I recommend this pharmacy highly!! You wont be disappointed!

After an accident resulting in my being unable to drive, I was so grateful to learn about Joppa Road Pharmacy - they deliver! Besides that, months later, I stopped in & I couldnt believe how friendly & helpful everyone there is. Now I have all my rxs filled here. Id much rather give them than Walgreens my business.

Morris and the ladies are FANTASTICALLY WONDERFUL... PHENOMENAL... so very caring, thoughtful and most importantly helpful. They always take such great care of us... "M" even keeps me on track w my stuff when I forget to get my refills bc I am so busy w my parents and kids. GOD BLESS U!!! XOXO

The staff & owner are wonderful. This is one of the few places that I have to visit and I always do it with a smile. They behave nothing like the competition and that includes big name pharmacies and mega-stores. Thank you for your service to the community & keep up the good work. EXCELLENT!!!

Remember the old time pharmacy that knew your name and had great service? This is like that except they dont have a soda counter. Service? If you cant get to the Pharmacy they will deliver it free of charge. Ask CVS or Walgreen if theyll deliver.
