I wanted to let you guys know about My experience I had today 7/18/15 12:53 pm in your store. I am new to couponing and really trying to save money for my family. I went to the customer service desk and was able to obtain my club card number. I signed up for 3 yrs ago when the store opened. I think I have go to your store 2 maybe 3 times. That was all the times I did go in the first 5 months of it being opened. I only live maybe two miles if that away. The lady at service desk was very nice in helping me understand your coupon policy and how to sign up online for online access. Well I started my shopping trip in Produce. The produce department was very clean and the produce did look fresh. I then began moving down the aisles only to the ones that I purchased from. I had a strict list of how I was going to shop. The aisles were clean and watching the employees work around the customers to stock selves. A nice gentleman who is a stocker was very nice to direct me to find an item. All your employees were nice and professional. However You had one Employee stand out way more than the others. She totally deserved a gold star for the day and her name was Valerie. She was rolling out the Laundry detergent. And boy was she walking into a piranha tank. She had 3 very money hungry crazy coupon ladies watching her. She knew what item we were looking for. Without a beat she says I have some right here for you. She digs the pallet to get to the oxy clean laundry detergent. Meanwhile other Piranhas must have smelled blood because they were flocking her way. Needless to say everyone received what they were looking for and she was sweet, kind, hard working moving those heavy boxes. Please forward this to the store manager so that he or she is aware of how well she did. Please also let her know that her efforts were so appreciated. I usually shop at Weis 3 miles away, safeway 3 miles, shoppers 3 miles and even wegmans 15 miles away. Now what does all that mean. Well I will be back to your store very soon and hopefully more often. :D I plan to try to do all my grocery shopping there and we shall see how it turns out to be. I went to this store specifically to buy a bouquet of flowers advertized in this stores circular which I looked up online before leaving the house. I walked the entire store looking for the "floral department" as advertised, and/or anything resembling cut flowers. The only item that could be found in this store despite the claim of the circular was, according to the produce manager, a small table of tulips. This is false advertising and I do not appreciate it. The produce manager even claimed that because he didnt sell flowers he didnt order them. I imagine you wont sell ME any produce or anything else because Ill go shopping where I can rely on the information conveyed by the owners of the establishment. If you print it you should have some due diligence to provide the item. Thanks for the waste of time. I would have just filed an online complaint with the company but their stupid website only offers a "form" which fails to send the complaint once you hit the "send" button. Well here it is then, lets be public.

Worst cashier ever!!!! This cashier whose name wont be displayed, really needs customer service training. As I gave her my coupon to scan, she asked me to cut it myself. I asked for scissor, she said she doesnt have it and she shaked her head as a sign of contempt. when I asked her why she shakes her head, she replied :"why shouldnt I?". So, I kept quiet. I gave her the entire paper coupon to use for the item I needed; she barely scan it, told me the coupon has expired, and she tore it up. As a reminder, I just received this coupon in my mailbox. how come it has expired??? After I made my payment, she gave me my receipt without looking at me, and immediately turned back to chat with her co-worker. Who does that???? The manager of this store should really train this young lady on customer service. This is my worst experience I ever got at any ShopRite store.

This place has great sales and if you live in the community they send out very valuable coupons. The often have meat sales on Saturdays where you can really stock up. The selection isnt outstanding but the bakery does a great job. If you go, try the sweet potato cake. This is the only pace Ive seen it and it is really good. The frozen section leaves a lot to be desired so really check the dates on thisngs like pints of ice cream...sometimes the packages look frost bitten, lol. The lines get pretty large, but if you dont have coupons the self-check out is always available. All in all, its a nice alternative to say, a Giant, when looking for great sales.

My experience was horrible and I would most definitely not recommend this store to anyone and most importantly I myself would never shop there again. Reasons being the customer service was horrible, the attitudes towards the customers where so disrespectful and unprofessional it was truly sad. Further more the personal conversations that the staff was having amongst one and another where very inappropriate. The Manor that some staff spoke to other staff was more disrespectful than anything I have ever seen in a " professional setting " .

I was impressed by how good their fruit looked and excited about their tofu options if few. My local Weiss stopped selling tofu. Clean, organized, well stocked when I went. However I didnt have my savings card with me and was told my phone number didnt work. I am absolutely positive that the card is connected to my home number but for gp I tried my moms number and my cell but no dice. I made most of my selections based on the purported savings. They got me this time; I probably wont go back often.

I love this store. Always clean. The produce is always fresh and the prices are always right. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Once I asked for a product "Leftys" they didnt have it. However a manger said he would order it and low and behold my next trip it was fully stocked. The only thing that I wish they had was a full floral department. Thats my only ( slightly disappointment) Keep up the great work and providing employment to the community!

I enjoy shopping at Shoprite. I am from Mt Vernon N.Y. and Shoprite was my store to shop from. I was and is still able to save by shopping at Shoprite. Unfortunately when I was at Shoprite today, I was unable to by krafts french dressing. Every other flavor was on the sheft but french dressing. This was an in store sale so I was unable to get a rain check. Thank you,

There customer service is horrible I have never been to a store where you have to 25 minutes for a bakery person to come, after they have been paged 6 times! As well as I have never been told at any store go wait shes on break! Unreal
