Im always scared to go to location, because theres always groups panhandling outside and on the inside you see lots people just loitering. The staff talks to all customers with an attitude like they dont even being there, even the manager. Ive visited this location at least twice a month since 2012 because its the closet to me and everything I stated in this review has been that way since my first visit. Only seeming to just get worst over the years.

I come here often with my son and always have the best experience. Staff and the store manager are very informative, friendly, and helpful. I dont know much about the games or the systems but The manager had no problem being honest and helping me pick the best games for my 5yr old (kid friendly games). I most definitely recommend this location.

Terrible experience, cashier just runs his mouth, doesnt concern himself with the fact he has other customers. Constantly on the phone delaying everyone, terrible experience. Will never come in again if hes here.

Store was filthy one associate on register another just walking back an forth from back room to front doing NOTHING! Phone dining off the hook. No good selections wont be coming back here anytime soon.

I like how they told me they had a game. Then when I get down there they say something different. The young man should have checked before he told me that it was there

The service was a little slow..one person on the register & other staff member in the back. Didnt have what wanted. Staff did greet me when I entered the store
