I ended up here after my chain broke halfway through a ride. James the mechanic took my bike and fixed the issue immediately. He also picked up some other faults with the front derailleur which he put right at no additional expense. In the end he got my bike riding like new again (something i didnt think possible). The other guys in the shop were very welcoming and chatty. Best bike experience ever. Thanks again James!

Happy, helpful all male staff. Wide selection of products. Fairly competent mechanics. (Several have failed to diagnose a deraileur problem.) Terrible follow-up to phone calls and in-person requests. Some prices are reasonable, some are terribly high. For example, $5.00 for a Presta adapter, ($0.50 elsewhere)! Why 5 stars, you ask? I like going back.

Friendly, helpful staff, and a chain of stores that are genuinely invested in the local bike community. Good size store, with a great selection of bikes, components and apparel. Ive had a few repairs done here. The work is good, but sometimes they get backlogged and wont be able to get your bike back to you for a few days, even for simple fixes.

This is an example of what a bike shop should be. The store is neat, clean and organized. All of the employees that I worked with were pleasant, very knowledgeable, and honest. The service they did on my bike was flawless, and the prices were very reasonable. If/when I need my bike serviced again, this will be my go-to place.

These guys are awesome. We brought in a gently used girls bike for our daughters first "real" bike. They hooked it up like it was a 10K road bike. We walked away with a solid rebuild for nothing to less. They treat all bikes the same. Thanks guys for hooking up my daughter and her Hello Kitty bike. Good work.

great selection of wide range of bikes, good selection of every accessory you might need. You might have to remind them of your price range, as they are bikers who are used to the best items. But, it is all there, and they are patient with you if you dont know what they know!
