TL;DR: Go to the Dundalk Store. This one will be a Jimmy Johns or something in no time. Im not normally one to leave negative reviews, but Im still steaming about this place an hour later. I went in today to get a pair of boots for my sister after the guys I work with raved about the brand and this particular location. I was expecting to go in, get what I needed and still have time to eat on my lunch break. This was not the case. Looks like the ownership has changed recently because Ive had better customer service at the WORST McDonalds Ive been to. From the moment I walked in the store, this girl was giving me attitude and damn near begging me to walk out empty handed with her lack of help. Could not even properly read the name of my company off of a business card to her boss, who apparently no longer has the records of countless purchases made by my coworkers over the last few years. After Im told I need some kind of form to get our company discount (which weve had for YEARS), I had my boss call in to see what the issue was, and HE got attitude as well. I mustve really upset the girl by making her work for the first time that day, she clearly had better things to do. Sorry, but seeing two episodes of Duck Dynasty doesnt make you a good boot salesperson. Take your lazy attitude to the GAP or Taco Bell or something. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Save yourself the instant migraine and go to the Dundalk store. Dale was fantastic, very helpful and I left with everything I needed and feeling much better about spending money with the company. Dale was also assisting multiple customers today with no issue whatsoever, I would gladly shop there again. As for this store, I wish I could leave negative stars.

Dude below me is tripping. I had a great experience and felt like I was in a friendly and professional environment. The sales team were very informative, and not at all pushy, which was great because I knew what I wanted before I got there. I bought the Dynaforce black leather 6-inch steel- toe work boots with 3 accessories. The have a $20 off coupon going around, and not sure how long this deal will last but all accessories were buy 2 get 1 free. I would recommend Redwing shoes to anyone starting off there career as a Merchant Mariner.

Super helpful staff! They explained everything I needed to know and helped me try on a lot of different shoes. They also explained how the different leathers would wear and how to care for them. I would definitely shop here again.
