Terrible customer service. I used to go there all the times and after one bad experience will never go there ever again. THey need to learn how to treat customers. The lady at the register was rude that i wanted to void a charge and pay with cash. Like 30 seconds was the death of you or sonething. The manager was on her side and said i was being rude to her. WOW. I work in customer service and people like that would be fired instantly.

I wasnt quite sure what I wanted other than I wanted to quit smoking. The staff was very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. They have so many options available that it, at first, seemed a bit overwhelming. However, the staff was very patient and helped me through the decision process and I was pleasantly surprised with the final price. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Great Job!

Arrived at the store right after they closed they opened up and let me in to buy cigars. They ordered a box of cigars for me and cost was less than what I could get them for online. Super friendly but limited cigar knowledge. I go there often nice place to buy cigars. Great cigar prices for the most part

The family that owns this store is very friendly and helpful. The lady who is usually there is very kind and always remembers us. The prices are amazing especially when you consider the same 1lb bag of tobacco is at least $5 more anywhere else you go. This place is fantastic!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Ive been ordering my V2 products for years online because I never found what I needed from other tobacco shops.. I recently learned of this store and its much more convenient and cheaper. Grateful to have this place nearby. Highly recommend.

Seems like they have serious attitude problem. I called to ask about pipe tobaco and the man there said just come down and take look, when I replied that I lived an hour away and would like to know his stock before I made the trip, he hung up on me.

IIi arrived 10 minutes before close as soon as I walked in the ugly man with glasses made me feel in comfortable as he told me he was leaving after telling him I will take a look he giggled in a rude way and said just forget it and walked out

I have never been treated so poorly in my dealing with any employee. The woman working on may 23 was rude unhelpful, unfriendly. When I asked about the product. She replied that I should read the signs. Do yourself a favor do not go there.

I was doing business for last 5 years and a guy tried to sell me a vaporizer pen for $ 50.00, I looked on line and found it for $.19.99 and showed him then he said that thats on line. He tried to rob me blind never going back.

Some of the most rudest people I have ever deal with. I went in one day and the man yelled at me to move my car out of the spot, I parked it which was public spot in the first place. Poor customer service do not go there.

The place is a joke I just bought a g pen from them and its broke. Dosen,the turn on and missing pieces from the box set. The guy who was working that day charged me $.55.00 for it and looks like he pocketed the money.
