Cracker Barrel has the worst food. This place is for you if you like tastless bland food. I do not understand why so many people go there. Also do NOT shop in their old country store. Almost everything they sell supports the sweat shops in China and other third world countries. As a former employee, I do not recommend working for this Company. They treat their employees poorly and instruct their management to keep wages down in the following manner: Evaluations are delayed so you cannot get a raise The Company makes you take a test in order to get a raise The Company takes adavatage of thier work force by making employees work part of their hours at the min. wage scale instead of thier actual hourly rate by calling their work assignment "training" for new employees and "retraining" for long term employees. Cracker Barrel is getting away with these tactics because of the poor economy. Do NOT support a corporation like this which does NOT valule its employees either by working for them or spending your hard earned money there.

I work next to Crack Barrel and order from here reguarly. My food is always hot and well made. They do not take much time to have it ready and it always has been quite tasty. You can definitley tell this isnt your average take out. They may make it fast, but it does that taste that way. Their specials and meals are unbeatable in quality, quanity, price, and taste. There are many menu options to choose from, the staff is always very friendly and helpful and they have the coolest gift shop. I highly recomend Cracker barrel wether its for a sit down breakfast, lunch or dinner, a quick carry out order or to browse their gift shop for many cool gifts for a friend or yourself. Thank you Cracker Barrel for holding the high standard in which you cannot find anymore these days, for your consistancy, friendlyness, accuracy, pricing and quality! Your service is truly appreciated! Keep up the good quality!

Me and my husband stopped in there yesterday,8-6-2017, the host got a attitude because we didnt want to sit in the middle of the room,we asked for a window section and she rolled her eyes and copped a attitude,our waitress Michele was awesome and got us in a better mood! She addressed the problem with the manager and be came over ,we explained everything ,while we were getting ready to leave pay our bill,,it was very nice we also told him the food was cold he offered to give us another meal and we said no thank you, note to the hostess, if you have atitudes ,you should not be on customer service! I should know, because ,I do it! And as for looking around the store, workers on the floor were rude,not even saying excuse me,after bumping in to you ,all around bad experince! With the exception of our waitress and manager!

This was my first ever visit to a Cracker Barrel. Having been given the impression that I was about to step back to the 70s both in terms of food and service as well as the age of the customers, I was surprised to find a nice friendly warm venue. The food has a home made impression rather than feeling processed. I had not tried one of the sides before and was given a sample to taste. It was tasty and made me feel like I should take a risk. The branch was busy and our server was professional, swift and hard working. The store that you walk through to enter the store was over filled and made crossing to the eatery quite a challenge although there were lots to explore for my first visit. I left feeling Id had a real experience. I would go back and try something else.

Worst eating experience of my life!!!!! Ive had a wonderful experience at every other Cracker Barrel Ive visited, especially in Alabama which was the greatest ever! I would not suggest that ANYONE frequent this location, the food was horrible, hard dry biscuits, dried sugar gritty baked sweet potato, string beans actually had strings in them... and how in the world can you mess up pancakes! they did! Rubber cakes and dry brunt bacon! And the Manger!! asked how was the food, my husband and I told him and we never saw him again! We paid for our food and tipped the waitress, (as the food was not her fault) because she was the only one who seemed to care that the food was so awful. I pray she gets a job at a better location :)

The first piece of oven baked chicken I ordered was dry, then the waitress stopped and asked how everything was. When I told her, she went back to the kitchen and brought me a fresh piece of chicken and asked me to tell her if it was any better. The manager came out and asked if it was better. I was thrilled that it tasted much better than the first piece. I was also very happy that everyone was trying to make my experience there the best and they did. Everyone was really nice and helpful; the food was good and hot and we even brought some leftovers home. Then we got some Christmas gifts for family out in the shop. We had a very good experience there and my husband enjoyed his haddock dinner.

Food quality: Tasty home cooked food served fresh and hot just like home. The food is very rich. So you might die early eating that food but you will die happy and satisfied. We ordered the new campfire chicken and it was supposed to be 1800 calories total and add the biscuits and corn muffins may take it to 2k calories. Ambience: Great and unique country style ambience. Service: prompt service and courteous waiters. Store: unique collection of clothing which is a little pricey. But you wont find that stuff commonly in any other retail store.

Awful Experience! My wife and I stopped by to grab some lunch on our way home and I really wish we would have gone somewhere else to eat. We waited for about an hour to get our food, while other tables that came in after us were getting served. When our food finally arrived, it was dry, tasteless, and had a rubbery texture "especially my burger". The only positive thing I can say is that our waitress was very pleasant to deal with, but she was definitely overwhelmed by too many tables and not enough staff. I will never eat here again!

I personally wouldnt come back here again, my friend pancake that I trade with her taste burn. I trade my french toast which taste like a wet butter off flavor bread with bad quality. I got hit by people passing by. Its very loud, that I couldnt hear what my friends were saying and Im not death but Its that loud in there. An finally my husband steak wasnt cook at all it was raw pink when it needed to be med. They fix it but by the time they brought it, it was too late to eat. He was full of air.

Good is always great....Waitstaff is very good. However the hostess are always a mess weather busy or not. Tonight, I almost walked out. Deaveon just look at my husband and I as we approached the host stand. I said table for two with no response from Deaveon. She walked away and returned with a blank stare and stated, "are you waiting". I thought ( Ugh yea. Didnt I just say Table for two) I just nodded and followed her to our table where she dropped dirty menus and walked away.
