This is a decently sized thrift store, but not enormous. Theres an okay selection of everything, but not huge. Value village is definitely bigger and has a better selection, and is worth the drive. I generally dont have an issue here, although last time I had to debate the cost of a childrens book. The book was written by a 12 year old, and was clearly marked ages 8-12, but the cashier said it didnt count as a kids book. Eventually she went and got a manager to approve ringing it up as a kids book, but tried to tell me the policy had changed and that it really counted as an adult book (despite the fact it clearly was marked otherwise). All that said, every other interaction with staff has been okay. The quality of some of the goods they accept is quite low. I saw a purse held together with safety pins a few weeks ago that really stood out as something in a condition that should be given away or thrown out, but certainly not sold. I also saw some jeans with a huge hole in the crotch (clearly not an intentional fashion type hole) being sold recently as well at the same cost as other jeans. I wish the store had higher standards for itself, as its the closest thrift store to my house. However, I would rather just go to Value Village on New Hampshire Avenue where the selection is better and the quality of goods is nicer, all at competitive if not better prices.

The store is located at the end of a strip mall and not easy to locate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Since their opening, their brand selections and other options have gotten better. Clothing items are color coordinated and sectioned. Prices are higher than other Goodwill stores, but they do offer discount programs. Furniture options are available. Parking is free.

Like going to the stores but some of the prices are higher than department stores. These stores are excepting donated items from the community, but whomever is behind the scenes are really doing a job on the folks that want to spend their money can not afford GOODWILL prices!!! CRAZY!

This Goodwill is good, but the prices are a little bit higher than prices that I have seen at other Goodwill locations. Still, it is a good deal cheaper than new things, and it offers a lot of used clothes and other goods for a good price and good quality!

Prices have been going up over the past year or two. Far fewer bargains, and some things are really over priced. Friendly enough staff, and they do have changing rooms to try things on.

Overpriced. This was the most expensive Goodwill Ive ever been to! Anything "name brand" your going to pay almost retail. The staff was very nice though.
