I just had yet another terrible experience at this Giant. Last week I waited in line for 20 minutes at the self-checkout because they only had two regular lanes open and each self-checkout line was at least 5 people deep. This was 5 days before Thanksgiving, youd think they would have have staffed appropriately. Due to my terrible experience last week, this week I ordered PeaPod pickup for today. I got there right on time, called the number and was told that someone would be right out. 10 minutes later a woman with an attitude finally shows up and then cant find my order. Moving as slowly as humanly possible she goes to get help. Another woman comes out and also cant find my order and blames PeaPod for not dropping it off. Im about to drive away when they find the order, it was right in front of them the whole time. If your going to offer a service you need to have competent and efficient staff. I am tired of wasting my time at Giant. Im going to drive out of my way to shop at a different grocery store from now on.

This is one of the nicest stores I have ever been in. People have gone out of their way to help me find things which have been right under my nose. literally. Sometimes they discontinue items that weve liked, but I understand: they have to stock whats going to sell the best. The produce is always being looked after carefully. We have gotten some items that, upon further inspection at home, have been bad; however, the items were replaced, always free of charge. Try to shop carefully: all the stores crowd up before ta holiday. Nice to be retired. I can go at 7-8:00 in the morning and NOBODYS THERE!! Woo Hoo! Im in and out in a heartbeat!!

The only reason I go to the Giant is because its practically right across the street. The pharmacy is 50/50 on whether they have my prescription ready or if they have or are able to communicate with my doctors to get refills. The produce department is sad. I have gotten moldy produce on multiple occasions. Most of the check out associates clearly dont want to be there. Its a small Giant so they only have the very basics. If you find something you like, dont bank on them having it next time.

I bought a huge package of paper towel a couple of days ago and noticed over a day later that I left it at the self-check out kiosk. Of course, this is the one receipt I couldnt find. I called to explain and they told me to come in anyway. They let me grab another one with no hassle. I thought this was really kind and demonstration of good customer service.

Love it! Great place with a lot of things. It has 4 salad bars and a maker.place.where you can can decent dishes. It also has a great selection of meatless foods as well as a pretty good bakery. It also has a shelf for "yesterdays baked items" and they are about 50% off, which is a great deal

Ever since the lady who retired that did the sald bar left......the salad bar is DISGUSTING!!! Its doesnt seem to be looked after at all, such a mess like kids have been in it all day. I hope they find someone who takes as much pride in making it look presentable like she did.

Some Deli staff need to smile more. Must be stressful job. Jake is right 9 full serve checkout stations and only 2 are open with long line every time I go. The so called solution center people are incompetent. Store really needs new management.

No problems to report, staff is competant, pleasant and efficient. I have been shopping here for years and store has always been clean fresh and well maintained. A problem here and there, but too few to mention. It meets my needs.

Guys work here are mysterically all cold and have "dont-wanna-work-but-go-home" attitude. whats wrong seriously. Even department store staffs never been nice, never seen one nice to anybody. This is totally managers fail.

This pharmacy has been the worst for me to work with. They always seem disorganized and even if my prescription is faxed in days in advanced, I still have to wait for it when I come in. Very disappointing service.

Pharmacy is only open on till 9 PM. I told the staff that the Internet shows different hours, but their response is that the Internet is wrong. They demonstrated no intent to correct the wrong information online.
