My kids accidentally hit "factory reset" on their new phone, took it into the store for advice on "restoring" the phone and after standing in line behind 2 other people whom had simple concerns . 1st customer ,my battery wont hold a charge, reply=were not in business to sell batteries, we would go broke, get one online or I can sell you a new phone", the gentleman left without resolve, second customer, "my wife had her phone on charge overnight and its still dead" reply" maybe you should teach her how to use a charging cord. Also said " we are in business to sell phones , not fix them, let me check your account to see if youre eligible for an upgrade, that will fix it" as I explained my dilemma , that my kids "reset" their new phone (which I bought there) and wanted guidance to restart phone I was told " its not my problem if your kids dont know how use a phone, maybe you should goggle how to restart it" I simply smiled and walked out. I wouldnt buy a phone case from that store. Arrogant, rude, worthless. Im quietly waiting for their doors to close, it will, waste of rent. Lossers

My husband got a new phone and he was told if he didnt like it, he could return it, or have my number switched to the new phone and he could go back to his old phone. We went into the store four (4) days after purchase and asked to have the numbers switched and were told we couldnt, it was against Verizon policy. They did put his number back on his old phone (which had been factory reset), but didnt make sure it worked, help him download his contacts, photos or anything. We were basically told to get out (there was only one other customer in the store). I left the store with the strong urge to cancel all of our accounts. Went to another Verizon wireless store (Chester), where they were able to switch the numbers through My Verizon account. They also made sure everything was backed up, reloaded to the new phones, super helpful, super friendly.

Spent hours in the store trying to pick out the best phone with the features I use most. I was assured multiple times that I was getting the best possible quality, and at $779 it should be. Ive had the phone about 3 weeks and am completely dissatisfied. For the most part everything that I asked about the phone has turned out the exact opposite of what I was told at time of purchase. The exchange policy is only 14 days and now Im stuck with a phone that doesnt perform up to what was promised. The rudeness of all 4 salespeople when I came in for help was surprising....but after reading the reviews to date Im no longer surprised. Do yourself a favor and use a different Verizon retailer.

Very rude. Still trying to figure out why they are so different then all the other Verizon dealers around. I have seen to this store twice to activate a phone and they tell me I cant pay with my debit card i have to pay with cash and it will take about an hour but when i call 4 other Verizons from Chestertown to Annapolis I can pay with my Debit card and it will only take all of them about 15 minutes to activate my phone. So I will only drive to kent island and deal with the Verizon there. Where i wont get scammed. Go to their home page and contact their corporate office thats what I did. We need more people to complain about the service here if not nothing wont get done.

My mother went in there and the sold her stuff she didnt need and she lost her phone and had insurance and they didnt tell her that so she didnt know any better and bought a new phone plus they told her there were no upgrades on the account and it was these people should be turned into the better business Bureau. Nobody go there they are crooks I would have given them 0 stars but it wouldnt let me .

Great staff. Helped me upgrade me phone and appropriate accessories. Also helped me qualify for free VR goggles thanks to a fathers day special by verizon

Waited for 15 min for help because there was only one guy working and than he helped the guy that came in after me and completely ignores me...rude
